Location, comfy bed, good breakfast
A bit outdated, quite small rooms
The room on the front No 4
sea view breakfast pillows
matress a bit thin for us
Location Breakfast choice Car parking facility
Room quite small for family. Room was warm & stuffy; made sleeping at night uncomfortable esp if it was a hot muggy day. Should provide a fan to cool room at night.
Peter & Fiona where very friendly, happy to suggest places to see and eat,the breakfast was more then enough,Fiona offered more toast but there wasn't much room left to put it lol, if we where thinking of going back to Blackpool this B&B would be our first choice
Staff we're very rude
It was clean, & the breakfast was nice.& the staff were friendly.
The bedroom was small & the bathroom was tiny.
seaview ok distance from wintergardens ..notbad nice walk

Nice clean room, with a lovely view. Owners very helpful. Good location.
Could have done with a better shower.
I was very pleased with everything. No complaints
The only thing I have to say is that the tea in the rooms wasn't very nice. I think it was the milk.
No air con, room so tiny for the price.
location and owners
small bath room
Very clean and friendly hotel. Made to feel welcome. Visit again - YES!
We were one day without any lights or hot water. I went to do a course without a shower. We were not offered any discount or anything.
We would definitely stay again
Friendly family who run the hotel. Had no problems.
Room was a little small especially the bathroom Only 4 parking spaces at front of hotel so had to pay at private car park down the road

THERE ISNT ANYTHING WE DIDNT LIKE
Good central position. Clean.
Very small room, very small bathroom, uncomfortable bed which gave my wife and I quite a backache all night. Let alone the veeeery loud karaoke going on until late at night - basically until I went downstairs and angrily showed my disappointment; at such point the karaoke stopped (but it was 40mins past midnight already...). Oh, I forgot: the bedroom curtain was so light-coloured, and the lamp outside so close to the room, that we basically slept in daylight even at night; not to mention when daylight came! A very short and bad night sleep. Never again this hotel.
the food was epic
lots of stairs
