We had tea in the pub a great value and fab quality meal before getting a taxi into Sheffield for a great night out, great location
It was a lovely room in a converted cottage, nice and warm and even had a bath. Will definately be staying again. Breakfast the next morning was really good value for money and staff were really friendly.
a night away with my wife and relax, having a meal and drink as a couple. comfortable bed warm room, and a very nice breakfast in a good location.
just normal pub grub nothing special. cold bathroom in accomadation . expected log fire,s in pub with it being cold.
Very large portions in the restaurant if you like big meals. Good full breakfast in the morning. Nice pub facilities.
Sachet coffee in rooms and for breakfast. Much prefer "proper coffee"
This is our second visit to the Rockingham Arms and we really enjoyed our stay, we thought our room (no2) this time round was better then the previous room the only other thing is we were surprised both times that there were no toiletries in the bathroom which is quite unusual these days but apart from that it was a very enjoyable stay and we will visit again
The rural setting is very attractive and proximity to the splendid garden centre as well as the big house could not be better.
The reception area was difficult to access on a busy Saturday afternoon because the pub was heaving.
Friendly small old pub in historic village. Good beer, good food and friendly staff.
Warm welcome, large room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Very helpful staff. Very reasonable rate.
A few of the tiles around the bath needed regrouting. Accomodation across a busy road from the inn was unusual but didn't cause a problem although it might in bad weather or for anyone with difficulty walking.
Size of Bed
Leaking Shower all over the bathroom floor and wonky WC flush button TV angle bracket broken wasn't able to adjust it Thin duvets
Location, nice breakfast, quaint coaching inn
Room was full of cop webs where the room had not been cleaned properly.
The rooms were a great size the bed was comfy and big bathroom was clean and good size
I expected breakfast to be included in the price .. Also shampoo and body wags is something I expect and there wasn't any
Great staff, very welcoming. Lovely cosy bar. Great breakfast. Lots of interest in the local area.
I liked the location and the room was very clean and comfortable.
The lighting in my room was very poor and it was only possible to watch BBC on the tv as all other channels had a very weak signal. Likewise I was unable to get a signal on my Ipad.
Good selection for continental breakfast and a very nice English Breakfast. Although room was tired, it was clean, comfortable and quiet. In a good position in Wentworth, in easy walking distance of everything there. Plenty of off road parking as well.
Clean, Comfortable, Quiet
food choice and quality very good. bed was comfy. Staff attentive in the bar and very friendly. Breakfast was great.
room 4 smelt musty and there was an annoying water hammer through the pipes from an adjoining room. Room no main road so needed more soundproofing, asked for a quiet room so not sure if the others are more noisy?
Great staff, very helpful but not over fussy . Fabulous location.close to motorway links but in a quiet ,quaint village. Food was excellent, overall a fantastic stay, would definitely stay here again.
great location - just what we needed as a large party
Not good value for money!!
Pleasant, friendly and hekpful staff always a smiling face.Efficient and good service.
Accomodation over the road from the pub.
Helpful staff, wonderful menu, excellent ales, amazing beautiful village.
everything !!!! beautiful village lovely friendly hotel cant wait to go again
Location and the idyllic curb appeal of the Rockingham Arms pub. Complimentary biscuits were very good.
Our "Executive" room smelt strongly of damp. There were also visible damp patches in the bathroom, not helped by the broken extractor fan. Room looked onto the main road through the village which was fairly busy until mid evening.
Location Cost Good beers Provided just what I wanted Excellent breakfasts
Basic accomodation but value for money
location, food, friendly staff, price was good
