Very good hosts, cheerful atmosphere; food excellent; very clean; beds very comfortable, my partner can suffer from a bad back and she had no problems at all. We slept really well for being away. Location very good as on the best part of the island, not far from Yarmouth and the Needles

Sheena was an excellent hostess and very welcoming. The room was nicely appointed, very clean and very comfortable. Good bathroom. 5 star breakfast and lovely cakes at tea time! Very short walk to Colwell Bay. Within easy reach of Carisbrooke Castle, Osborne House and all the major sites.

sheena and gary were easy to get on with and very funny my wife and myself felt very comfortable hotel and rooms were spotlesly clean and a great full beakfast recomend the kipper (sorry sheena) overhaul we had a wonderful time and will return.

Sheena and Gary, the owners are the most loveliest couple I've encountered when staying at a B&B. The location was excellent (2 minutes walk from beach). The room was so comfortable and very clean. Waking up to the smell of a full english cooking was the most superb wake up call ever.

Owners very friendly, nothing was too much for them. Accommodation comfortable and well fitted out. Breakfasts excellent. Some nice touches provided for arrival and departure.

The relaxed and friendly owners and the nice little touches down to the shortbread package given for your return home, homemade produce of the marmalde and the breakfast was lovely,

Owners were extremely helpful and friendly! They gave lots of great tips for trips/food etc. Room was lovely. Very individual, comfy bed, huge bathroom, good sized TV. Nice touches like homemade cake and shortbread.

Location requires a drive to reach most activities (a very pretty drive and we loved it but some people may not)

We liked the room, it was comfortable and clean, the owners were very helpful, the breakfast offered excellent chioces and all the food was freshly cooked and from local suppliers. A lovely touch was the little bag of shortbread we received upon leaving,'for the journey'. I would definately recommend this place, it appeared obvious that other people were returning guests.

Clear glass in the bathroom window, opposite the toilet - meant you had to draw the blind at all times when in the bathroom for privacy.

Excellent Rooms. Beautifully decorated, very clean and pretty spacious. Just few minutes away from the water front.

Good breakfast, all fresh produce including home-made breads and marmalade, etc.

Our greeting of "And you are?" on arrival, our small room with just enough room to walk around one side of the bed and our small, rather dated shower room. The fact that our comments/requests on booking (a long time in advance) were completely ignnored. Breakfast is 8-9am. Beware: the buffet will be removed at 9.05am, so you'll have no chance to go back for fruit, yoghurt or anything you might want after you've eaten your main cooked breakfast because the owners, as they explained in their own words, "run a tight ship".
