Very pleasant hosts excellent breakfast and would recommend to others.....would advise on showering and heating facilities though..... Shower facilities we felt needed updating. One of us had a cold shower the other didnt even bother which was annoying. Also heating system seemed poor.... Expensive for what we got.

Friendly, excellent food, clean room, comfy bed, ideal location for our needs. Our hosts were friendly, chatty and helpful. We will return again when we need accommodation in Embsay. Nothing except our toilet wae a little difficult to flush at times. --- there was a knack to using it! Also in the blurb it stated there was off street parking --- in fact this was in the village car park! This was very convenient but parking may be a problem if there were no spaces.

Very friendly and nice rooms. Good breakfast. Very quiet location in small village but gives first taste of the lovely life of the dales. I would recommend it with reservations re bathrooms. No ceiling in en suite bathroom!! This was a small part of the bedroom partitioned off as a bathroom. Not acceptable. I shared room with my sister and felt uncomfortble with this arrangement.

Friendly owners. They make you feel 'one of the family'. Convenient location: quiet village atmosphere on the edge of the Dales but with the shops and restaurants of Skipton only 5 mins drive away.

Friendly welcome Lack of intimacy in the bedroom, due to the bathroom not being really separate from the bedroom. I would not recommend this B & B.

Convenience The very supercilious attitude of the owner; inability to accomodate even simple requests like different juice at breakfast.
