Unfortunately we had a room roadside which was extremely noisy with traffic !! Did complain but not much response !!!! Would not stay there again .
Excellent Dinner - wonderful flavours. Very comfortable room. Tasty breakfast served to us by friendly waiting staff.
Our room did not have much of a view. No vegetarian sausages available for breakfast.
Attentive staff, easygoing and catered to our requests seamlessly Fantastic restaurant and our best meal on a weeklong sojourn in Scotland Humongous shower
Staff were very helpful in all departments. We were impressed. Rooms had very little drawer space. My husband has Parkinson's Disease and had a lot of medicines. A few handholds in the bathroom woul have been appreciated. We still enjoyed our stay
Food was excellent. For first night menu was good .Unfortunately the menu was the same every evening for a week . We ate in the bar area on the 3rd evening when some other courses were added. Not many. Disappointing when Albert Roux was involved
Luxurious room. Great food. Very comfortable bed and well equipped room. Hot tub. Sauna.
Staff were exceptional. Food amazing. Great location for town and exploring highlands.
Glass door in bathroom!
This place is a well oiled machine. The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. we had to extend our stay due to a vehicle problem and they could not have been more helpful. Comfort and food was exceptional. Also the hotel is a modest walk from the beautiful River Ness.
Although the food was almost faultless and to an extremely high standard I did have the "Trio of Lamb" which contained a sausage that killed the dish due to being extremely salty. I am a person who appreciates well seasoned food but even for me this was a challenge. I Sincerely hope the great man wasn't responsible for this slip-up!
Very attentive staff!
It is an easy walk to center of town for shops and dining The room was lovely but although they disguise it; it is adjacent to the parking lot. (Room 8) It was quiet so we slept soundly. Lovely restaurant with nice staff
Lack of view. There are properties directly on river with nicer views and walks. It depends on whether you value room or view more. Restaurant serves French food in a warm atmosphere. It was really rich with butter and cream which is not our usual diet
Beautiful boutique hotel centrally located. Excellent restaurant.
The location was central. We loved our room decor and it was very comfortable. Staff were helpful without being intrusive and the food was excellent. We will definitely book this hotel on a return trip to Inverness.
Nothing in particular as everything worked well.
The staff were 1st class very attentive nothing was any bother for them
room was a bit on the small side for us
The whole atmosphere was luxury
Didn't stay long enough
Liked being greeted by a member of staff every time one entered the hotel.
Front door bell - sounds 'cheap'! - massed pipes and drums would be better!!
The people sat Rocpool were fantatic. The room was great large and well appointed. With a huge sexy bathroom.
Sorry but nothing was wrong...nothing was missing and no one was a bother.
standards were high and food was delicious especially the a la carte menu
the atmosphere was more formal and subdued than expected. The decor in the public rooms was a little cold.
Nice and spacious room and bathroom.
Location is a bit awkward, especially if you do not have a car.
The access and parking. Friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff.
Not really applicable.
Friendly atmosphere .
Stylish, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, superb cuisine.
Food, friendly service and excellent location
The decor was very modern The rooms comfortable The bathroom very spacious The restaurant excellent The food was superb Room service menu was excellent Free in room mineral water Nice mugger toiletries
The layout of the hotel was a little strange the lobby was a long corridor The hotel had hot water issues which they were very generous to discount as as compensation The tv in the bedroom was too low The coffee maker in room was at as simon I prefer Nespresso The underfloor heating in the bathroom was not warm enough No spa
Loved the comfort of our stay and the generally good vibe. Fab little touches here and there. Made to feel very welcome. The Eggs Benedict were fab!
porridge too coarse
