Staff, overall quality, restaurant. Not too much really - strange 'experience' with the breakfast i.e. no Yoghurt (although it was on the menu), then the lady appeared with a small bowl of yoghurt saying it was actually taken from the lunch menu - but they thought I should get it. Bizarre..... but well done all the same - I guess!

The hotel was quite luxurious with lovely finishing. The staff were extremely nice and very professional. I love the little touches that were impressive, fresh towels after our evening shower, fold down service and the night porter even cleaned my boots and they were shinning for me the next morning. The breakfast was first class, we didn't need to eat for the rest of the day!! Would highly recommend this hotel, it was a real pleasure to stay

We liked the location as it was near the city centre but far enough not to be bothered by late night revelers. The hotel has modern decor which is of a high standard. All the staff were very proffesional and would do anything for us. We only ate breakfast at the hotel, the restaurant food was a bit fancy for us,but breakfast was a joy.

“Very friendly hostess. Organised and efficient. Built a fire for us in the community room and kept it stoked providing an atmosphere without us asking. The community room also had a nice TV with a selection of movies. There was also a nice collection of information detailing activities. Provided a nice list of breakfast items which could be selected from.” Christopher, Spokane |
