Everything - the staff were excellent, the rooms were clean and well presented, and the bed very comfortable. The staff in the the bar and at breakfast were excellent.

We will return to this hotel has.we had a wonderful time and thank the staff for making this so.

Very professional staff. Lovely decor, clean and fresh. Bar was nice and relaxing and breakfast was just brilliant!

Dressing table in room three looked a bit scabby. Looks like it just keeps getting a coat of black paint. The leather chez long wasa wee bit ripped. Which is minor overall but these things stick out when you pay £265 one night!!! Would probably stay again though.

Great staff and room with fantastic food, everything was perfect, i don't need to say anything else other than that. Excellent stay and we would not think twice about staying when visiting Inverness again. Thanks

The staff was very polite and very very hospitable.the room was comfortable and cozy.the restaurant had a great atmosphere and the food perfect.

I felt it was unnecessary (if not a bit tacky) to have a video of the Roux brothers and food in the bar and photos in the restaurant.

Feather duvet

We got the room number 11 two floors below the reception in the basement just between the laundry and room used for washing dishes.It was a bit noisy. It was a disappointment! The price we payed was 310 pounds per night. Room was also smaller than we expected and to enter the bathroom we had to use stairs. There was a small window facing to the wall and bussy street behind the wall.Room was lower than the terrain and a bit dark.

change to wrapped candy in the front entrance room. jelly beans look old and no one wants something that's sitting out there for days, stale. Phones in the room are difficult to work. bar is un-inviting, very stiff and no view. patio woudl be very nice if it had a view as well. trees block the view of the river.

gute Lage zum Zentrum. Inverness hat man schnell entdeckt, ist aber ein guter Ausgangspunkt zu verschiedenen Tagesausflügen in die Umgebung

Muy bueno el Hotel; buena ubicación a sólo tres cuadras del Inverness Castle. Lindas habitaciones, modernas. Excelente el desayuno; y la cena en su restaurant. Vale la pena ir al restaurant aunque uno no se hospede alli. Servicio muy bueno

Bueno, pero un poco caro para estar en una habitación con vistas a un parking.Bien situado, tranquilo y el desayuno inmejorable (atención, calidad..)

Las vistas de nuestra habitación daban a un parking.

The staff took great care to help with everything. The meals with one exception were excellent and followed the diet we requested.

To much attention up and down bedroom/bathroom

Good location, fantastic food and very friendly staff. They moved us to another room (drain problem in bathroom) and booked a doctors and massage appointment for a back problem. Would highly recommend, although a little on the expensive side.

We were given an upgrade to a beautiful room. The bathroom was particularly spacious and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and efficient and the food was wonderful.

The service at breakfast was a little slow.

Sehr gutes Essen im Chez Roux, auch wenn man zu früh dran ist mit dem bestellen. Sehr schönes ruhiges Zimmer mit schöner Ausssicht, sehr aufmerksames Personal. Werde ich wieder buchen.

Die Deckenlichter im Bad waren zu schwach. Die großen Spiegel können das nicht kompensieren. Man sieht sich einfach nicht richtig. Im Zimmer und im Chez Roux fand ich die Polsterungen etwas zu weich. Man sinkt ein. Persönlich finde ich, dass zu viele elektronische Geräte im Zimmer sind. Man müsste wählen können, ob man eins ohne TV, Radiowecker und WLAN-Anschluss haben kann.

The bedroom faced the street and the traffic noise early in the morning was disturbing.
