Nice staff, just a nice hotel.

Good location, extremely helpful staff, clean room with adequate facillities.

Room was very noisy due to basement location below wooden floor music from above. Perhaps this was just bad luck with the room!

Next to plenty of shops,the zoo, bridge,a few pubs,bus stop to town,and nice and quiet when asleep.

For the price no breakfast included ,no air conditioning very hot in room.

The location was perfect and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room, though small, was comfortable.

The dining room is spacious and elegant. Breakfast was appetising and efficiently served, with choice of cooked breakfast or continental. Reception staff were helpful and friendly.

My room was extremely small, and the bed was placed under the window, which made it feel very cold at night. However, the room was so small that the bed could not have been placed anywhere else.

The situation of the hotel is ideal for spending time in and around Clifton Village.

Bed covers were dirty. It wasn't made clear that the charge for the rooms would be taken from my account when we arrived-it caused problems as myself and the other 3 guests in my party wanted to pay seperately.

Lounge/bar area to meet up with rest of group. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well prepared.

Basic double room quite small in size.
