Kamer zonder airco, slechte afhandeling creditcard betaling. Matig tot slechte kwaliteit eten en bediening in restaurant. |

Algemeen goed hotel voor een kort verblijf, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, zeer goed ontbijt ( mag ook wel voor 7.5 pond) Clifton is een betere buurt in Bristol en op slechts 20 naar beneden stappen van het centrum van de stad beneden - een leuke wandeling - en met de taxi ben je voor 6 pond terug boven. Betalen voor te kleine parking. |

Co-operativeness of reception staff. Lounge bar facilities. Central location in Clifton village. Proximity to our desired location. Very poor and expensive parking arrangements. Having been allocated a parking space (and paid for it) this was forfeited the moment we moved from it. A major negative. |

Good location, extremely helpful staff, clean room with adequate facillities. Room was very noisy due to basement location below wooden floor music from above. Perhaps this was just bad luck with the room! |

Next to plenty of shops,the zoo, bridge,a few pubs,bus stop to town,and nice and quiet when asleep. For the price no breakfast included ,no air conditioning very hot in room. |

The hotel is ideally situated for Clifton Village and Bristol city centre, parking was flawlessly arranged outside the hotel. Once inside I found the hotel to be clean, modern and very well presented. |

The dining room is spacious and elegant. Breakfast was appetising and efficiently served, with choice of cooked breakfast or continental. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. My room was extremely small, and the bed was placed under the window, which made it feel very cold at night. However, the room was so small that the bed could not have been placed anywhere else. |
