Friendly hosts. Good breakfast. Nicely decorated room. Bath tub in middle of carpeted bathroom is not the most convenient. Taking a shower, whilst handling the shower curtains and the too low shower head, was quite a struggle. |

The staff were friendly and keen to help. the room was clean and comfortable with lovely views of the garden. The breakfast was plentiful and the dining area (large conservatory) was light and airy. The only tiny point - my husband enjoys a leisurely breakfast, and he felt a little rushed.....but not enough to stop us from visiting again! |

Clean. Well maintained (hard with an old house). Well treated and welcomed. Exactly what a Guest House should be. Seventeen days on vacation in the UK and this is the only place I would automatically say yes to a return visit. Breakfast was excellent and the beds very comfortable. For my tastes, no. Some places just hit you just right. My 21-year-old daughter was traveling with me and we took two rooms....no problems for either of us. |

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely. We were made very welcome. I was amazed at the number of entries from Australian & American guests in the guest book. |

The friendliness of hosts, it was easy to get to the city centre (just ten minutes easy walk). The hotel was very clean throughout and there is a GREAT breakfast in a very nice conservatory overlooking the garden. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The Rokeby is a lovely house and is obviously well loved and looked after by the owners. |

Staff were lovely and welcoming. The room was huge and the bathroom was beautiful. here was even tea and coffee and biscuits. Can't fault the room or service at all. Breakfast was too early.. a small gripe |

Convenient location for both road network and city centre, friendly staff and a good breakfast. Good value for money. Limited car parking with potential for being blocked in. |

Staying at Rokeby Guest House was an all-round wonderful experience. Combining a warm homeliness and comfort with gorgeous old-style decor, a high-standard of cleanliness, and peace and quiet. A perfect get-away at a very decent price! |

Warm and friendly welcome. Well furnished room. Very clean. Wireless broadband worked every time. For the couple who run this guest house, it is also their home, and that pride reflects in the superb accomodation, and attention to detail. One of the nicest places I have stayed in, I'll be back. Thank you. |

Very friendly welcome, helpful and organised. Rooms decorated well, comfortable and very good value. Walk to Salisbury was a little longer than I expected, but still only 15-20 mins. Would stay again and this time for longer as so much to see. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful with all our requests. The house was quiet and the garden was lovely. We did not have any problem with parking but at a busy time of year this could be a real problem. |

We thought Karen and Mark (the owners) were extremely welcoming, looking after us very well when we could not get a taxi (they sorted this for us). The breakfast was excellent - certainly of a far better standard than some hotels. Well done Karen and Mark! |
