“ What I really liked about the hotel was the way it's staffs were relating to me. I so much appreciate them as they took time to listen and explain few things to me. It's location is superb with a lovely view in front. ”

nothing The room was very dated and looked like it had just had any old furniture chucked in. The door had a 2cm gap at the bottom, surely a fire hazzard, the window did not fir it the fram properly, therefore you could see day light, cable laying on the floor and the breakfast was cold.

Great location. Lovely room overlooking the coast. Retro restaurant was fabulous. R bar was good value. Not too far to walk into city. The toilet didn't flush and the bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. Needs a new mattress.

The location couldn't be better. The view is lovely. A smallish room, but that didn't really matter.

I have never encountered such friendly and helpful staff in any other hotel stay. Not liking scrambled egg, I would have loved a fried or poached egg with my otherwise excellent breakfast.

The rooms were large, spacious and modern in décor. Breakfast offered a good variety of different choices for everyone. The majority of staff were extremely helpful. Definitely offered good value for money. Good seaside location. Will definitely stay again when we return for the same event next year! We were sent to the communal area by Reception to allow us to get changed, only to be continually complained at by housekeeping staff to move, though we'd been sent there by Reception. The housekeeping staff complained first to the group in the lodge, and then went outside to complain to other members of our group... we thought this was uncalled for as we were sent there by Reception, and that it didn't leave a good impression of the housekeeping staff. Other than that, no complaints.
