nice staff, perfect location
durty, over used accomodation
bathroom from above leaked into ours
We booked a family room for 2 adults and a child. The room was tiny with a single bed squeezed in couldn't even get into the bathroom properly. To fit the single bed in the cabinet with kettle on was put in the bathroom!!! So couldn't even make a brew. Bed light didn't work and one window had no curtains. Would not recommend this place!
no towels, no milk, breakfast bad, sleep none, bathroom no light.
Breakfast! Size of room
Everything was odd, didnt match. Random furniture, books and pictures in the room nothing went together. The window didnt close properly, nor did the blind and there was no toilet roll in the room.
the breakfast was very good
bathrooms not very clean and only one towel provided
Shower cold no hot water
Location as we spent the day in pleasure beach so was close to get to.
Needs refurbishing, one of top bathroom ceiling broken,no hot water so unable to have a shower, the sink had a crack, really cold specially in the morning the wind from outside could feel it coz not very good windows.we left early before breakfast coz was cold.I won't recommend to family o friends.
It seems that this hotel is run by one person which is not very easy to do therefore things didn't always run smoothly however it was a pleasant stay and we didn't have any issues with anything
everything.. got moved rooms ended up in attic which was poor, window broken, not heating, beds horrid, kids kept banging heads of ceiling. owner was the worst, he went into our room without us knowing and took my sisters car key and moved her car all without us knowing, didnt feel right being after this happened, asked for refund on second night as we didnt stay and he refused point blank. a big complaint is going in against him!! ruined a few days break, fuming!!!
Hello everybody, I'm enjoying on hotel, nice rooms, good food, and I said everybody that's comen the hotel and you're will see... :D
The friendly staff
The old dated rooms. Draughts through the Windows. Thin mattresses. No hot water in taps or shower.
The area it was in is nice would be a lovely hotel if it had new owners who had respect for human beings twinrooms hotel standards
When we arrived the owners face and telling me before I pay he will put us in another room next day as to reasons why was not told just got shown into room and he left looked into bathroom the ceiling tiles in shower was falling off i dropped my stuff off came back that night found fleas in the room jumping on the bed at first I thought it was flies til I had bites the next day the owner said I was tired it is just from outside Bathroom tiles ready for falling off from shower cubicle in one room and above sink in another room not allowed to use hairdryers due to safety hazard stickers on kettles and doors Sink had big chip on it someone could have cut themselves doors hanging off their hinges dirt under sink behind sink floors toilets thick with dirt edges of carpets thick with dust in both twin rooms owner treated us as if we where daft not giving us another room nor offered us a refund I had no fresh towels given to me on my stay or more teas and coffees beds wernt made up we just slept there at night and left first thing in the morning was not suitable place to sit and chill out in the room I contacted a number of organisations with photos and videos of beasties crawling along sheets and the state of the ceiling falling down I would pay extra for somewhere else if I where you family rooms are reasonable one of the ladies let me see but was not very clean either
dirty, cold, tiny bedroom, bathroom stunk of urine, curtains were dirty and mouldy and had lots of bugs running along the windowsill!! absolutely horrendous.
Location was perfect.
KCracked sink wasn't grate to see windows didn't shut properly so wind whistling had to wait a long time to check in no one about and bell didn't work at reception and looked very run down
Very unlikely to return, not clean, very basic and poor breakfast.
freindly, approachable staff
Room with sea view, helpfully staff. Good location I front of the sea. Close to variety shops and restaurants.
Old building. It s far from the tower 1hour walk.
Easy going very pleasant very welcoming nothing too much trouble not hassled all the time would stay again if price was right.
No headboard on bed lights in room could be brighter better wardrobe but suppose you get what you pay for.
Very welcoming, Manager remembered us from our previous visit. Location great, right on the prom ideal for trams & buses. Comfy room, we slept well. Excellent Full English Breakfast. Great value for money
Everything total disgrace nobody should stay here
We had no towels, the beds smelt and seemed unwashed, the wardrobe was broken, the door was hard to shut and the lock was not very stable, guests were very loud and inconsiderate, the glasses and cutlery seemed unwashed. I would not attend this hotel again, my friends and I were not satisfied at all.
Upgraded to a bigger room as it was my daughters birthday
I was very diappointed with this bed & breakfast. It was expensive for what we got. We didn't have a sea view, also the room was a very poor standard. The bed was pushed against the wall. The lights did not work. The tv was too small and you was unable to watch tv. (you had to stand to watch it. The bathroom blind did not work. The shower cubicle leaked making the floor very slippey. They was only one towel and one pillow on the bed for us to use. It was really noisey as well. I would not recommend this hotel at all. We paid extra ten pounds for breakfast and that was totally disgusting. So I wasted £51.00 for a terrible night was not happy as I booked it for me and my husband for a romantic night away.
