Clean Basic Value in line with an expectation of a Blackpool hotel room room 4 great view. Breakfast simple but adequate. comments on number of beds in room valid but certainly mid week no noise other than traffic but then the pleasure beach was closed early evening. |

I realised as soon as i pulled up outside that i had made a mistake, once shown to the room, i found the room to be small the beds old and hard the window not opening and broken, the kettle broken the milk i poured from the sachet into the cup curdled, no towels, and not cleaned. |

The owner/manager was nice though. That about it! Not the best b&b ive ever stayed at. Rooms were very poor to poor. Not clean and shower was terrible. Just dribbled on you. |

Excellent location. 2min walk from the pleasure beach and our room had lovely sea views. The rooms were fairly small. Ours was probably more suitable for a double bed however had double bed and 2 singles in. This did suit us however as there were 4 of us in our group. Breakfast was good for the money we paid. For £69 for 4 adults inc full english, worth evert penny. |

I would just like to say that this hotel was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at and would advise you to remove it from your listings as it does not in any way resemble the description provided by the owners (take a look at the reviews on the tripmaster site) The whole place is a shambles |

Going home! Everything! what an awful stay and when we got there we werent even expected!!!!! The rooms were dirty with dirty sheets and a leaking roof! Breakfast was a joke and we were given someone else's orange juice off another table, the cooked breakfast was freezing.. the second day of our stay we just left early and went to have breakfast in a local cafe as it was just that bad... |

The Italian restaurant did not have a very good choice and we were basically told what food we were having. We were told we wouuld have a modern, sea view room, which in the end turned out to be old fashioned and a view of buildings which was not a very good view!! The door could not be locked when we were in the room so whilst asleep anyone could walk into our room!! |

Nothing, apart from it was available and reasonable cost. We could park easily on forecourt, although this was out of season. The hotel didn't actually do anything complainably wrong, it was cheap and that was reflected in what we got. Would suit kids on a budget who don't care and just wanna go to Pleasure Beach as it was right next to it. It was dismal, (to be fair we didn't notice it as being unclean) but it was old fashioned and depressing. There was no hot water when we arrived so after a long journey and late at night couldn't use shower. Breakfast was only available between 9.00 and 9.30, so very limited times, which didn't suit us. However, we were happy to give it a miss as it was all so grotty. |
