Room was small but comfortable drink making facilities OK but had to ask for milk, a TV in all room and a TV room which is great to sit in comfort if you wish and our room face the sea.
We had trouble closing the room door as it needed repair. The location is way down the promenade which is great for peace and quiet, but had to get the tram or bus to get to the main areas.
Nothing very rude dirty and disgusting
Manager was friendly
Spent 3 hours the day we arrived cleaning the room. Cleanliness was poor
The breakfast was great value
That he tried to charge me extra when i arrived
Location was relevant to pleasure beach
Room small , no heating radiators did not heat up at any point , the whole building had no heating , itched like a dog with fleas with bedding , ended up sleeping on top of bed quilt , linen / quilt covers was very dated , paid for breakfast was told 9am service but decided to leave , we went downstairs at 8.15 to check out , pressed service bell at reception for 45 mins ! nobody showed up until 9am , kitchen area was in darkness , no signs of life in building , went to McDonalds instead of staying another hour in building
Fair price clean n tidy you get what you pay for.
Too far out unless you want to be close to the pleasure beach.
paid for family room got a small box room ,no towels in room although en-suite window in bedroom and window in shower room would not shut so were banging in the wind all night had to ask for cups and coffee for room, full English was only half English and cold bed springs noisy every time you moved tv in room was fixed to wall so you could not see it when sat on bed (only place to sit
I was taken to another hotel around the corner. They said they all helped one another out with bookings. Room was very very small, lock on door was dodgy and the hotel itself smelt. I didn't feel safe so handed the keys back in and made a quick exit. I should have been paid for staying there and should have got my money back!
the staff were pleasant and accommodating
every thing was out dated window wouldn't shut bathroom light wouldn't turn off bed was dirty and lumpy springs sticking out of it no wifi although it states on advert that there is free wifi think they over booked because a member of my party was put in a room at back of kitchen and somebody else,s cloths filled the draws and wardrobe
Should be closed down!!!!!!!!
Owner pleasant great location for pleasure beach
In desperate need of a total revamp!! Breakfast cold:-( no wi-fi unless you paid for it.
THE LANDLORD WAS A NICE FRIENDLY GUY
THE TWIN ROOM WITH THE SEA VIEW WAS NOT CLEAN
Nothing, it was the worst night of my life, fighting, breaking windows, people trying to get into my room, my daughter was terrified , so dirty wouldn't eat breakfast, just don't go near it
EVERYTHING Room was a mish mash of filth, awful nights stay ever, never slept a wink all night,
The pillow was not enough in the bedroom.
Price was good and the check in was early.
Being asked to pay on arrival. I don't believe the second room I booked had been cleaned as the towels and bedding were dirty as were the shower tray and cups.
Location excellent. Tram stop over road. Parking on site. Owner friendly. Good breakfast.
Showers poor - very little waterflow and not heat up.
Friendly staff helpful good breakfast Free parking Seafront location Good if you want basic budget accomodation
Shower did not work No hot water Lack of sockets Only 3 tea bags and milk even in a 4 bedded room Odd colour scheme Requested a sea view beforehand via bookings was not told it would be an extra charge of £10 until we checked in Money was attempted to be taken out my account before we got there as we arrived at 7pm Very run down
The rooms were cold, could not sleep the beds were like rocks and the breakfast was bad would never stay there again!!
En suite bathroom, location
the room was tiny, just fit a double and single bed. We needed a cot which was supplied but barely room to put it up, and such created difficulty getting to the door/bed. Beds were lumpy, felt the springs and woke up with sore back.
the view from our room was a roof top full of rubbish
we stayed for 1 night and that was too much the bed in room 16 smelt of urine. i tried to contact the manager at 11.30 on the saturday night via the button on reception with no sucess. i had to ask my daughter to sleep on the floor covered in a towel. the following morning it took me 40 mins to get hold of the manager again via the button on reception he came eventually and i expressed my concerns and disapponitment of the standard of the room and the service which was poor he didnt seem bothered at all. in general the hotel was dated and in poor condition as room 11 which we stayed in was extremely small and we had to slam the door to get it to shut at all and the was no lock on the bath room door, the towels in the room were dirty on arrival. i put a account of my disatisfaction in the hotel guest book i have no doubt this will have been removed by the manager by now as other notes in the book stated how fantasic the hotel was there is no possible way i could be the only person in the worl;d to make a complaint about the FAULTY TOWERS OB BLACKPOOL what a shamble of a place
Owner allowed us to park there when we arrived at 9.30 am before checking in and till 4 pm the next day after checking out .
Booked this because it was cheap and with four kids between us wanted to save where we could. Plus it had a pool table to keep kids occupied while the adults had a few drinks in the bar - none of which were opened ! Not enough sockets , radiators didn't work , shower was temperamental , bedding was mismatched, pillows were the thinnest I have ever seen and curtains struggled to cover width of the window ! Next time I think we will go for the second less expensive which looked like a palace compared to this !
The guy who runs it is very friendly however on his own doing everything so cleanliness suffers! Very very small rooms freezing and cold showers! Do NOT have room 11 the view is of a pile of rubbish an skip an the back of someone's house with filthy dirty yellow walls and curtains Breakfast was actually quite nice but Defo not worth the money when u can stay at travelodge for cheaper 2 mins away
Freezing showers Dirty cups/glasses in room Some lights didn't work Small rooms Damp bedding
Run down and a massive dive of a place
