Room was clean, Tea coffee facilities good Although it was bed & breakfast (continental) i did not expect to have to go into the kitchen and make it myself also maids came into room at 9ish expecting the room to be vacant although 11am was the latest checkout. Very dissapointed you cannot call this a hotel or B&B it is more like a room let. |

Very clean,very good facilities,friendly staff Was woken up at 6.45am on the sunday morning by a lady and her small son using communal area that was just down the corridor ,very noisy!. |

The communal areas we very nice. I liked the idea that you could use the kitchen when ever was convinient to you.The beds were very comfortable and the little finishing touches were nice. Would definately stay there again A bit tricky to find and the rooms that backed onto main street were very noisy - windows in these rooms not double glazed |

The hotel for budget accommodation was excellent and very clean. We had a family room and had lots of space and plenty of clean towels. Location was not very desirable and difficult to find and we struggled for parking on the evening. Breakfast was self service but very basic, if you were later down there was not much left! Also the washing up was to do so not really a break from the routine! No staff on site apart from when we arrived and our beds were not made after the first night of our two night stay. |

The rooms, although some are on the small size, were clean and comfortable with all that you really need for a couple of nights stay. The staff were friendly, especially at breakfast. I had trouble finding the hotel, as there was a betting shop where you expect to find the hotel. However, after turning down the side road it becomes clear that its behind the shop and wasnt too hard to find. Also you have to phone up to gain the code so that you can get into the hotel and with the phone running out of battery, could of been a slight problem! |

Breakfast is a do it yourself affair in the kitchen, which is available for use at all times. The beds and rooms are nice and also quiet. The neighborhood is quiet but I'm not sure a single woman traveling alone would feel comfortable going out at night. |

Quite, clean, room aired well Very hard to find, access is from lane in side street. You need to improve the address. I went to a local pub for directions and found the owner in the bar. While he was showing me to the establishment he took a mobile call from others wanting directions. |

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. I liked the self service brekky in the little kitchen provided as you weren't tied to eating at a specific time. All in all a lovely weekend! |

Hotel was spotlessly clean and very relaxed. Loved the fact that the WiFi just connected and there was no charge for it.Staff were pleasant and helpful. Could not recommend this style of hotel highly enough, well done! |
