noise, so much noise, youcould here other people going to the toilet, soundproofing was none existant.noise from the car park at 5 a,m. from workers in vans.All night doors banging,sorry never again.

The staff were very friendly,good parking.

Didnt live up to advertisment on booking com, photos very deciving,needs to be upgraded ,need wi fi in rooms.

Comfy bed, cleanliness of room, breakfast choice and friendly, helpful staff.

This was the only Hotel that was not full, to where had to go. Walsall, first then up to Penkridge, then visit 2 ( nt )at Shugborough Estate, the on to Sudbury Hall, on our way home. The Staff was first class no problems at all. There is just one thing I thought the the Hotel Manager would have said that you 2 people being quite upsept he would have given us both some breakfast free which we only heat 2 slicess of toast and a cup of one cup of tea and a soft drink we no sugar in, But nothing was said at all, which as made up our mind that we would not reccomend this Hotel to any one, now it is two late for you to do any thing about it. Soon we will be going to stop near Derby for 2 nights so we hope to find an Hotel in better condision's than this one is. I wish you all the best in fucter but I don't think we will be going in to another Roman Way Hotel, unless we change our minds before we book an Hotel near Derby for 2 nights roy & robert.

Room 118 I found out we had got Red Ants on the Window ledge when I put my arm near the Window ledge I was beening bit all my back, We move in to room 220 only to find out the room was not clean dust every where, we told the recetion who told us they would let the Manager know straight away and told us all would be put in order. ( grid on the floor one lamp shad hanging off bathroom shower curtain full of dust and torn, bed valance on one bed was torn we picked this Hotel for it looked good on the computer and it looked to be in the right place for the placess we wanted to visit. But thank goodnes the Staff put every thing in order for us.

Not enough tables laid for breakfast Breakfast was very poor for £10 Poor selection of fruit, yoghurt, cold cuts. Croissants very poor One of the twin beds had a very lumpy mattrass

No lift. Too far to walk to room. By chance I have stayed there before and also had a long walk to bedroom.

The breakfast was the best ,we were very disappointed with the service on the Saturday night in the restaurant ,there was no staff so we walked out after waiting

There were no staff available , it seems to me that the company is saving on staff , however this effects the running of the hotel

The Hotel Staff very friendly,room very clean spacious bed very comfy. would stay again..the only thing didnt find out how much the breakfast was..

Good value for money. Clean staff friendly definately will stay again if in the area. Will reconmend to friends.

Food excellent and value for money, staff very friendly and helpful, nice relaxed atmosphere.

Smell of cigarette smoke in certain corridors, needs slight attention to decor in places.Bathroom fixings i.e bath hand rail (underside) shower etc. need attention to cleaning, rather grimey.

The room I shared with my granddaughter was very comfortable and had hand rails both by the toilet and in the bath and as I have some difficulty it was great even though I never requested any special room. So and extra thank you.

Restaurant was very basic and not very welcoming, also could have got a better rate direct as opposed to Booking.com !!!!

A bitter cold night & the room was lovely & warm

Reception staff were very helpful

Door key was difficult to use as it got stuck halfway in, my room was a long way to walk to, (not there fault I know)
