Very nice hotel, smart location, attentive staff. Clean and secure. Hot water did not work very well in room 6, which is also a touch small!

Lovely rooms. The reception is a little strange; much happier having stairs as an option than just an old lift.

Everything was good, except the water pressure in the bathroom which only worked on the shower head. One morning there was no hot water, but it came eventually. I loved the breakfast in the room, and they provided the bottled water daily- which is wonderful, considering there is no mini bar in the room, which is not really needed either. It takes some time getting used to the entrance with the lift, but it adds to the charm. The staff is nice and friendly. Free wi-fi is excellent feature and that we would choose the hotel again. Harrods is less than a hundred steps away, and the shops on Sloane street too. The area is beautiful.

We had a lovely spacious room and bathroom, perfect for two people. Very comfortable bed and a small sitting area where we could eat our breakfast, which was brought on a tray. The breakfast was quite nice with a good selection of croissants, toast, boiled eggs, cereals, yogurts and a newspaper. Great location, just behind Harrods and in walking distance from the Knightsbridge tube stop. Complimentary mineral water was also a very nice touch. The access off a back street can be a little confusing, but a good map will help you. The elevator is also a bit peculiar, as others have mentioned, and our room was up an additional flight of stairs, so probably not ideal for people with mobility issues.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful and always smiling. The location was great and both the access through the lift from the street and the layout were charming. The terrace was very nice. Having indadvertedly booked at the very last minute a single room (the last available room in the hotel), in retrospect it is really great that the hotel let two people stay in the single room rather than leave us in the street at 1230 am! Nothing

I liked the room design, bathroom with style, room services and the reciptionist hospitality. It is clean, with a style, and the fact that they provide room service (breakfast) included in the price. The price was ok as shared between two of us, but as a single i think it is very expensive as the room was small. (room numbr 9) I find the access to the hotel a bit weard!! But still ok..nothing I did not like about the room. Every thing was excellent..

Its location 300 yards from Knightbridge shops inc Harrods, with an ncp car park next door.. Quiet ( for London) and cosy, with a very large comfortable bed. Discreet. Sink taps not marked and installed with cold on the left. No salon and breakfast must be served in your room except in summer when its dry and the Roof gardens can be used.

The entrance to the hotel is rather alternative as you enter straight into a lift which whisks you up to the reception. Apart from that the room was well proportioned with a bath and shower head. Tea was offered on arrival at no extra cost and the continental breakfast was comprehensive to say the least. All in all an excellent stay at a prime location hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I would happily stay here again.

Cute little hotel with a good location in Knightsbridge, close to k metro station. Well maintained facilities, very clean rooms and most friendly staff. Best hotel bed ever! The entrance is a bit strange (you enter an elevator straight from the street), but once you get used to it, it doesn't really matter.
