Roof Garden Rooms  

Amazing location for the money: roof terrace in the heart of Knitsbridge, for that leisurely glass of wine. Lovely staff, always ready to help. Comfortable, clean and quirky room.

Please provide tea/coffee making facilities in the room, or at least a kettle.

Comfortable bed and shower. Friendly staff. Proper cleaning.

Way too poor internet connection; speed MUST be improved.

Service was fabulous. I had something of a difficult situation to manage and the staff were never less than accommodating, polite, graceful, and kind. The rooms are gorgeous. I can't speak highly enough of the place.

The elevator is a little odd, but charming in a way. I have no complaints.

There should have been a shower bracket and the hot water took c. 5 minutes to come on. The TV programmes were pixilated

It was nice to receive breakfast straight into my room and it was great the choice was good. Location is great and bathroom was fine.

I would prefer if I haven't seen the kitchen and facilities, where the breakfast was made. They were obviously not clean enough for cooking. Therefore, the cups were greasy and smelled. The walls were dirty in the room and there was lot's of noise from people partying downstairs and doors were slamming all night once. I was said that I was actually informed about a party going to be held in the hotel, while I was not. For that, the price for extra tea was taken out from my bill, but who cares if the hotel has a price of around 130 per night and I couldn't get such simple thing as sleep.

The location can not be better for shopping- Harrods and Harvey Nicks just around the corner. Nevertheless it is silent place, with nice roof terrace. I had quite small room, but very comfortable and decorated with taste. Great breakfast - I had it on terrace, overlooking Knightsbridge. I enjoed slightly unusual entrance to the hotel,- you will have your own key to the main door ( but it makes you feel at home:).

Very comfortable beds. Good location for hyde park and knightsbridge.

Our room was very noisy being next to the lift also there was a party on the saturday night in the basement that was noisy until 1 am. On the sunday morning they got all of our breakfast order wrong and we were not previously told that there roof top garden was under construction and had scaffolding and ladders every where.

Roof Garden Rooms is quiet with central location. Staff was fantastic. They provided child's bed, plug adapter, and advice for where to find needed computer accessories. They were also friendly and and helpful with room and driver change requests. Included continental breakfast delivered to the room was perfect.

Roof Garden rooms was perfect fit for us. If you want the hotel extras - lobby, fitness center, business center, restaurant, etc., you'll need to go elsewhere. A note to Americans that rooms are standard European size - small compared to the US.

1. Hotel is very standard & old designs. 2. No lobby to set & have coffee or tea. 3. Few amenities & just in the room. 4. You can hear the people while you are in the room relaxing, it’s noisy. 5. No Arabic channels on the TV. Only English ones. 6. The bathroom: shower room is separated from the toilet room. 7. The room is very small & eliminating just for one person not two persons. 8. For those who want only to sleep & take shower, they can use this hotel.

Central location five minutes walk frojm my dinner venue.

The walls are a bit thin, and I had a complaint from a neighboring room to conversation at 11.30pm

Very weird entry from street via an elevator. Narrow hallways. No breakfast room, only option is to eat in your room. Shower very small.

The Hotel is centrally located, comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I have never met such a friendly staff before. I was impressed by their coffee offer which was served to my room in a big tray traditional English pot along with cookies and cream by Gierdei. It was really curing. Bathroom was extremely clean and had Molton Brown stuff. I had no problems regarding wireless which was free. The breakfast was absolutely superb which was served into my room. Besides everything it's in the heart of London. If I visit London again I would never choose any other hotel than Roof Garden Rooms. Thanks a lot for great service!
