Clean and comfortable within close proximity to the tube and harrods etc Noise from water system could keep light sleepers awake, the bed was large but sometimes uncomfortable with it being two singles beds together. The breakfast included provide excellent value but a littl extra choice would have been nice eg bacon or sausage. |

i was greeted by a very pleasant lady who also made me a cup of tea and a sandwich. the room was lovely, quite quirky and very quiet as i requested.lovely bathroom with molton brown toiletries and gorgeous fluffy towels.breakfast was lovely and quite extensive and served on time. would have appreciated a flannel or similar in the bathroom as i'd forgotten mine. room service was minimal. the only substantial food was a cheese and ham sandwich which isn't what i expect when the hotel description says room service! having to go out for dinner in the pouring rain and cold evening was not really what i'd planned. howver there are many restaurants within 2 minutes waking distance. |

It was good value for money especially given its location near Harrods and the Piccadilly line. Breakfast in bed service also a nice touch. |

Very helpful personnel and excellent location. In spite of a modest size of the room, it is not crappy and it feels good to be inside, at least for lone traveller |

The location is very good for Harrods, Shopping and the Park. The room I was given was somewhat large for British standards. The breakfast and paper in the morning was a nice touch. This hotel is way overpriced. It is basically a lower 3 star hotel that overcharges by marketing itself as Boutique and because of its location. Stay in South Kensignton, save 100ps a night, be in an area with a greater selection of shops, restaurants and museums right near by and with the 100ps a night you save, go out in the morning and cross the street to any number of newsstands and buy a paper for 1ps. |

It's perfect location. I think the rooms are a bit pricey given that there is exactly nothing to offer in the "hotel area" and the unusual entrance etc. The rug was also dirty in a way that I wouldn't expect for a hotel on the price level. The establishment was more of a Bayswater hotel with better rooms than a premium hotel with small ambitions. I'd suggest a room rate of £100-120 a night. |

The location is great, the wierd lift straight onto the street is fine and the roof garden for breakfast was lovely. The bed was comfortable and the food (breakfast) was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very small - only just fitting the bed in! The corridors are narrow and awkward with big cases. Carpets were old and stained and, athough clean, the room decor was tired. Price was also pretty high bearing in mind the sapce. |

The service was excellent and the hotel just that little bit diferent. Having breakfast served in the room each morning with a paper was just that little bit special. Toilet broke just before we left which was inconvenient but another room was made available. |

Delightful staff. Thought the room was in need of a face lift, it felt grubby, particularly the carpet and bed spread. |

The serenity. Exclusivity. I needed to rest and I sure got some. No dinner arrangement. I did not feel like leaving my room to go look for food. It was terribly cold. |
