Roof Garden Rooms  

la posizione è favolosa, proprio dietro Harrods, in centro, comodo per spostarsi sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici, l'ambiente è caratteristico, ma soprattutto il personale è speciale, gentilissimo e disponibile a risolvere qualunque richiesta.

la mancanza di una zona soggiorno. C'è una bella terrazza con tavolini ma purtroppo pioveva sempre e non si poteva utilizzare

Ho dormito in un bagno adattato a stanza familiare ho pagato per una suite ma era appena sufficiente per due persone. Dovreste stare piu attenti ai giudizi dei clienti o almeno verificare a campione. Indecente il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Buona posizione centrale,via parallela di Sloane Street. Il personale è abbastanza disponibile.

Non è un vero e proprio hotel, non esiste una recepotion e una hall. Si acceda da un ascensore tipo montacarichi direttamente in corridoio. La pulizia è approssimativa, ma trattandosi di Inghilterra, si può tollerare, visti gli standard...La colazione viene servita in camera perchè non hanno sala disponibile. La scelta è limitata (bisogna prenotare la sera) e non è possibile ordinare bacon& egg, tipico full English Breakfast. Il taxi fatica a trovarli perchè hanno un'insegna minuscola. Siccome hanno un servizio banqueting per cene private, lo scarico dei fumi da sull'ingresso esterno della residenza e se hanno un servizio da fare puzzerete come se foste stati in una friggitoria aspettando l'acensore.

Amazing location for the money: roof terrace in the heart of Knitsbridge, for that leisurely glass of wine. Lovely staff, always ready to help. Comfortable, clean and quirky room.

Please provide tea/coffee making facilities in the room, or at least a kettle.

Service was fabulous. I had something of a difficult situation to manage and the staff were never less than accommodating, polite, graceful, and kind. The rooms are gorgeous. I can't speak highly enough of the place.

The elevator is a little odd, but charming in a way. I have no complaints.

location was excellent, staff were brilliant, helpful, nothing was to much trouble!! breakfast was delicious!! superb stay!!

There should have been a shower bracket and the hot water took c. 5 minutes to come on. The TV programmes were pixilated

It was nice to receive breakfast straight into my room and it was great the choice was good. Location is great and bathroom was fine.

I would prefer if I haven't seen the kitchen and facilities, where the breakfast was made. They were obviously not clean enough for cooking. Therefore, the cups were greasy and smelled. The walls were dirty in the room and there was lot's of noise from people partying downstairs and doors were slamming all night once. I was said that I was actually informed about a party going to be held in the hotel, while I was not. For that, the price for extra tea was taken out from my bill, but who cares if the hotel has a price of around 130 per night and I couldn't get such simple thing as sleep.

The location can not be better for shopping- Harrods and Harvey Nicks just around the corner. Nevertheless it is silent place, with nice roof terrace. I had quite small room, but very comfortable and decorated with taste. Great breakfast - I had it on terrace, overlooking Knightsbridge. I enjoed slightly unusual entrance to the hotel,- you will have your own key to the main door ( but it makes you feel at home:).

Very comfortable beds. Good location for hyde park and knightsbridge.

Our room was very noisy being next to the lift also there was a party on the saturday night in the basement that was noisy until 1 am. On the sunday morning they got all of our breakfast order wrong and we were not previously told that there roof top garden was under construction and had scaffolding and ladders every where.
