1. Hotel is very standard & old designs. 2. No lobby to set & have coffee or tea. 3. Few amenities & just in the room. 4. You can hear the people while you are in the room relaxing, it’s noisy. 5. No Arabic channels on the TV. Only English ones. 6. The bathroom: shower room is separated from the toilet room. 7. The room is very small & eliminating just for one person not two persons. 8. For those who want only to sleep & take shower, they can use this hotel.

Very weird entry from street via an elevator. Narrow hallways. No breakfast room, only option is to eat in your room. Shower very small.

I have never met such a friendly staff before. I was impressed by their coffee offer which was served to my room in a big tray traditional English pot along with cookies and cream by Gierdei. It was really curing. Bathroom was extremely clean and had Molton Brown stuff. I had no problems regarding wireless which was free. The breakfast was absolutely superb which was served into my room. Besides everything it's in the heart of London. If I visit London again I would never choose any other hotel than Roof Garden Rooms. Thanks a lot for great service!

The reception in the second floor. Enterance not usual like the other hotel litle pit strange.

Everything was good, except the water pressure in the bathroom which only worked on the shower head. One morning there was no hot water, but it came eventually. I loved the breakfast in the room, and they provided the bottled water daily- which is wonderful, considering there is no mini bar in the room, which is not really needed either. It takes some time getting used to the entrance with the lift, but it adds to the charm. The staff is nice and friendly. Free wi-fi is excellent feature and that we would choose the hotel again. Harrods is less than a hundred steps away, and the shops on Sloane street too. The area is beautiful.

Its location 300 yards from Knightbridge shops inc Harrods, with an ncp car park next door.. Quiet ( for London) and cosy, with a very large comfortable bed. Discreet.

Sink taps not marked and installed with cold on the left. No salon and breakfast must be served in your room except in summer when its dry and the Roof gardens can be used.

Cute little hotel with a good location in Knightsbridge, close to k metro station. Well maintained facilities, very clean rooms and most friendly staff. Best hotel bed ever!

The entrance is a bit strange (you enter an elevator straight from the street), but once you get used to it, it doesn't really matter.

Location! Was great, you are walking distance of almost everything. Breakfast is super yumi!

The location cannot be beat! Just around the corner from Harrod's in tony Knightsbridge ... and just as close to the Picadilly Tube line. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I really felt like I was living in the neighborhood.

No complaints at all - just wish the rooms were larger.
