Very picturesque hotel and grounds, Staff very friendly, Room well appointed and very clean. Restaurant excellent. Only criticism - Reception was staffed by one person at 9am. Four people waiting to check out at once, I was delayed by 30 mins and ended up being late for my appointment. The only reason I had stayed at the hotel was to attend the appointment. |

This is a a lovely hotel in beautiful settings. The staff catered for your every need. The spa was very well presented with excellent staff, however there was differences in the type of massages we received although we booked the same. I think given the quality of the holtel and the proce you pay to say and use the facilities it was an insult to pay £17.50 per galss of champagne. Had I bee aware of the cost I would not have had champagne. The drink do need addressing, this would stop me recommending this hotel for that reason |

Helpful staff, good service, delicious evening meal, grounds & gardens very well kept & attractive Booked executive room & it was certainly no better & possibly not as good as friends' standard room - very "tired" decor, smaller than standard room & safe broken. Quite noisy with wedding parties |

The spa, although limited in gym facilities, was a plus with pool, steam and sauna Disappointed in the quality of the food in restaurant Also the apparent inability of hotel to cope with the number quests. Perhaps the fact that a wedding reception and the arrival of a large party staying at the hotel was the reason that I was made to feel insignificant. Please note that I regularly stay in Hotels and is the first time that have felt the need to make a comment. |

hotel now has double the amount of bedrooms which are nicely furnished. Staff friendly and helpful. The main course was served far too quickly after the starter. There was not a good choice of desserts |

Rooms fantastic ,Good Spa Clean/comfortable booked table early to aviod disapiontment for 8,30 had to keep asking to be seated as we had booked eventually having moaned 4 times sat down for dinner at 9,45 this was unacceptable orderd water and wine water did not arrive when ask arrived after meal with cofee the staff at this piont where very disapionting main arrived at 10. |
