lovely hotel but it was a bit expensive for the room on my own.Sole occupancy should be cheaper, it would have been fantastic for a weekend romantic break. |

hotel now has double the amount of bedrooms which are nicely furnished. Staff friendly and helpful. The main course was served far too quickly after the starter. There was not a good choice of desserts |

Rooms fantastic ,Good Spa Clean/comfortable booked table early to aviod disapiontment for 8,30 had to keep asking to be seated as we had booked eventually having moaned 4 times sat down for dinner at 9,45 this was unacceptable orderd water and wine water did not arrive when ask arrived after meal with cofee the staff at this piont where very disapionting main arrived at 10. |

room was excellent and bathroom amazing too expensive for what it was.The waiting on service slow, the menu poor not enough choice and variety and over priced for the portions that you were given. Why not have the bread on the table instead of begging for another piece and waiting so long for it to arrive. |

The Spa and facilities within the spa, the executive room was lovely, food was nice. Price of everything, service was rather slow, things were added onto our bill at the end of dinner which we did not have e.g a bottle of wine and 2 extra pints. |

Situated away from the noise within landscaped area. Very peaceful. The restaurant cuisine was at a standard below expecations. Also, for single occupancy, there are no half-bottle wines! |

Good reception - very high quality modern room and bathroom. Good restaurant and service all in a lovely setting. It felt quite dangerous when pulling out of the gates as difficult to see traffic coming from the right. |

Excellent Spa facilities and treatment options with very friendly staff. The restaurant was excellent making for an authentic fine dining experience. The newly refurbished rooms were large, very well presented and comfortable. The brasserie restaurant is very small and feels too much part of the spa/pool area making eating options very limited for those not wishing to eat at the more expensive restaurant. We felt a cafe/bar within the spa are would be sufficient for refreshment in whilst using the facilities and a separate bar/brasserie within the hotel would have been more comfortable. |

The guests that stayed enjoyed it Our third guest was told his room had been overbooked and. although arrangements had been made at another Hotel the point of this stay was for a business meeting and dinner. The Hotel knew the rest of the party had arrived and even when they told them our third person was on their way they said nothing. |
