Spotlessly clean, large, modern, contemporary apartment, which was newly furnished. We stayed in a Grande Studio (no 016) which consisted of a comfortable double bed, 2 flat screen TV's 2 Mac computers, luxury bathroom with large walk in shower, and a great compact modern kitchen pod. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Great location and near to China town area. Loved it so much we have booked another stay.

As the room was very large it would have been great to have a dining table and chairs.

Mix up on arrival over number of rooms booked, however was sorted but had caused distress

Good location for centre of Manchester. It is good to have the extras - dishwasher (especially if you are with a baby) and small kitchen/fridge.

you can't open windows and with a shower and using the dishwasher it gets very warm/steamy - and you can't do anything about it.

Location was great. I liked breakfast arrangement as well. I will definatelly stay here if I ever visit Manchester again.

The member of staff at the desk incredibly friendly. i loved the design and layout of the room. it was near to all the places we needed to go

The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and the mac computer came in handy as we decided to order a takeaway one night. The location was great as it was only a 5 min walk to the arndale and there was a great choice of restaurants and bars nearby. Me and my girlfriend will definitely be back in the near future.

Receptionst was very friendly which was a good start to our break. The room although it did not have any direct day light was excellent and was very quiet. Breakfast (grab and go) was excellent.

There is literally zero percent soundproofing between the rooms so we were kept awake from 3am by a noisy party next door. Even when they quitened down we could hear conversation clearly through the walls.
