Staff, Ambience & Accomodation were fine, with some nice touches. We were very disappointed with the food on the night. Being interrogated about why we sent back two uneaten meals, and only having the service charge cut from ouor bill. |

The hotel staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean and the bathroom was excellent. Most of the food was excellent however the menu stated seasonal vegetables but all we got were frozen peas carrots and sweetcorn!! Not very nice and almost spoilt the rest of the meal. |

Pleasing bedroom and nice breakfast Soon after arriving the hotel was surrounded by plain clothed police interviewing staff, and looking around front of the property. On arriving back at the hotel at 10.15 pm on our second night for a drink we found the front of the hotel all in darkness and front door locked,on looking around to find a way in we were approched by a lady crying and saying she has been thrown out of hotel. |

The price was reasonable. The rooms facing the main room are very noisy so would ask for one at the back of the hotel. |

The rooms were very clean and the evening meal was good I booked 3 double rooms, but needed to cancel one on the day of arrival yet when we arrived we were given one double and one tiny single room, when I complained this was met with a shrug of the shoulder and no apology, we were also charged full price for the tiny single room. Meals were vastly overpriced for what they were and the service was poor, they also auto add 10% to the bill! |

Through no fault of theirs the water pressure was very poor,in fact non- existent in our room. However on complaining we were given another room(of higher value) without any fuss. The light in the bathroom was very poor indeed. |
