Quite expensive even for wimbledon. Some problem with noise at night from another room.

The relaxed 'pub' atmosphere yet clean, presentable and nicer surroundings than a ususal pub / hotel style place. The breakfast was very good with a good selection on offer. Free parking. Great local shops and restaurants within walking distance.

A very good base from which to visit London with excellent public transport connections, Wimbledon Village is also a pleasant area with plenty of restaurants, pubs, and shops, and close proximity to the Common..

The Rose & Crown is situated right on the high Street of Wimbledon Village . The location is great and the village has a very nice ambience - although the shops are extremely expensive. I didn't feel as though I was in London ( for me a good thing ) - although there is still some traffic noise at night . The team of young staff were very helpful , and the evening meal in the bar was good value . Whilst basically a pub with rooms , it is a friendly pub with boutique style rooms , and I would stay there again.

The TV in the room didn't work properly , and there was traffic noise at night .

Lively pub - quiet hotel!

Lovely traditional pub with modern rooms and friendly, accommodating staff. Good location - around 15 mins walk (downhill) to nearest tube station. You can use your railcard to get the bus back up the hill - virtually door-to-door service :-) Too late for breakfast due to mis-communication that serving times were different on weekdays compared to weekends, but staff were helpful and still served us the basics.

Pricey - especially as we didn't get our full breakfast on the last day!! Stayed for 2 nights and regretted not having time to enjoy the pub and Youngs ale, as we had too many other things planned..
