Facility is clean and quite, there is a fully equipped kitchen.
20 gbp charge for late arrival (after 22.00), that is too much. The house is far away from city center. If you plan to use a taxi, be ready to pay around 35 gbp for the travel. Be aware of the facility position, as there are 2 Rosebery Avenues in London!
Wifi bathroom facility's The location
Extremely noisy doors/guests Very uncomfortable bed Really hot in the room
- Value for money - cleanliness - staff of friendliness - tea and coffee, use of kitchen - place outside to smoke
- bed was arched in middle
The owner / manager was friendly and helped put our cycles round the back, away from the road. The room and facilities were spotlessly clean. Good shared kitchen.
It was frustrating to be asked to call an hour ahead of arrival as this was hard to estimate (we were travelling by bike) and the owner / manager arrived a little later than the agreed time to let us in. The room was too hot.
The staff was friendly, the room was small but very comfortable and not too far from the tube station, which was nice. Definitely will be staying here again.
We had to queue for the bathrooms several times.
Very nice home. Felt like it was safe and comfortable.
A bit further away from the city than I had anticipated, but that is my fault for not looking at the map more closely.
Generally quiet and peaceful
No complimentary bath soap
I liked their formality from the start, the kitchen and the cooking facilities, and the modern design, the garden area, the staff was friendly and attentive.
My room had a wardrobe covering the window a bit, not getting much light and taking too much space of the room.
modern and clean
noisy guests at night.room quite small
Rooms were decent but nothing special. Good location for Tottenham ground which is the only reason I stayed there, otherwise I would not.
Staff - She didn't like it because I had to wake her up at half 8 in the morning. Anywhere else there would be someone up way before then. I rang the day before and the staff told me there was free parking outside. I trusted their word and ended up getting a parking ticket. If you stay here don't reply on what they tell you, check yourself and back yourself up.
The long wait for the shared bathroom in the morning plus another guest setting of the fire alarm at 7.30am.
clean house friendly staff located very close to Tottenham Hale Underground Station quiet area fully-equipped kitchen, big plus because we could cook for ourselves whenever we wanted mini-fridge in bedroom
we had a problem with our bed but the staff was able to fix it as soon as we reported this problem
no milk,television not working
Very nice room
Clean given the number of people using the house. Fresh looking and decent room by budget London standard. Bus is much closer than tube.
Thin walls so a bit noisy. Over sensitive fire alarm set off by others' bacon cooking three times one morning. The room was not serviced once during our three night stay so you have to make your own bed and wash your own mug.
nice and clean, decent facilities, good value for money
Rooms were clean. The outside dining area was nice.It was useful to have a fridge in the bedroom. Although the area wasn't exactly "up market", there was a community feel to the area and we felt safe coming and going late in the evening.
The stairs to the attic bedroom were very steep, which was awkward. It was also extremely hot, despite open windows and a fan. We used it as a base, spending most of our time in central London, but really it was a bit too far out for this. We had to spend quite a lot of time on the tube to get to where we wanted to be.
very clean and a nice place
I couldnt access wi fi at all,the shared toilet and shower rooms no good when people stay in them for ages which happend a few times :( all the doors banged which made it noisey, bed not very comfy in fact i had a bad back because of this
everything was immaculate and thoughtfully and carefully planned: artwork, outdoor dining area....
Great accommodation for such a reasonable price, very clean and close to tube station and shops
We arrived after 6, but there was no one to let us in the hotel. Luckily a permanent tenant let us in. The manager showed up about 30 minutes later
Cheap good location for tube quiet
Everything was nice and clean. It was nice that we had a little garden to have breakfast.
Maybe a bit small, but that didn't bother us because we weren't often at the apartment. The location is ok if you don't mind using the underground and walking for a few minutes. On our last day, the WiFi didn't work.
The wifi was good, place was clean with kitchen facilities
Its too far from the underground, the bus stop to go there was also not seen. It was sharing bathroom, thus not very convenient. Our room was downstairs n the bathroom was upstairs. The bathroom was quite small too, so was t room n the bed. Its very far from the city, would need abt 45 mins 1 way
I'd love that place so much, really quiet and cleanness and the staff are a good character and behaviour,I loved it ,and many thanks for them
Nothing to complain, all the things was very good and thanks a lot
