Cheerful staff, decent breakfast for the price and free w-fi internet - you don't normally find that in hotels costing three times as much!

Better cleaning of the bathrooms, the shower never ran hot for long enough

A very good hotel for the price. Absolutely no problem. Of course only two stars which must be taken in consideration. Would recommend it to my friends.

room was very small, broken mirror on wardrobe door, I told reception and they just removed the door! very poor reception on tv and socket hanging off the wall (nothing done after i asked)

The receptionist was pollite and courteous. The position was good. And it looked good from the outside. The coridoors were clean and tidy along with the small lounge.

The room was drab and did not feel clean with wallpaper ripped from the wall in places. The bathroom smelt damp and muskywith the shower door badley corroded at its base and lower sides. The window curtain was hanging off on one side. The shower itself inside was not very inviting. When asked at reception I was informed that all the rooms are of a similar standard.
