The only good thing about the hotel was it's proximity to central London. We stayed in 2 different rooms and both bathrooms were beyond disgusting. The was mold and mildew like it had never seen a good cleaning. There were dust bunnies on the wall moldings. Their breakfast could use an overhaul. The friend I was travelling with has celiacs, and most other hotels offered fruit and yogourts with the breakfast but not here. |

It was a surprise to me the my room was changed to a family room, but the price stayed the same. Also the gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The cleanliness was okay, but the bed is comfort and soft to me. No internet in the room. I didn't like the poor breakfast, which made me disappointed. |

Courteous staff, convenient location to Paddington Station and Tube, quality nearby restaurants. Lots of college-age guests who were noisy. Limited number of television stations. Extremely cramped shower. |

Nice staff, reasonable breakfast. No proper lock at my door and no fire detector in my room, you could see where it was supposed to be one. As my room was in the basement and the window was locked, it felt somewhat unsafe. |

It was quiet and the room was quite big. It needs new deco! Very old (tiny) shower, sink, doors, windows etc... |

They kept our luggage for us while we went out for the day. Just not the same standard as other hotels of this star rating |

Cheerful staff, decent breakfast for the price and free w-fi internet - you don't normally find that in hotels costing three times as much! Better cleaning of the bathrooms, the shower never ran hot for long enough |

A very good hotel for the price. Absolutely no problem. Of course only two stars which must be taken in consideration. Would recommend it to my friends. |

Při vstupu do pokoje jsme dostali ŠOK!!! Chyběli noční stolky, lampičky, po obrázcích pouze špinavé fleky a skoby. V koupelně a WC zastaralá špína, plíseň ve spárách, vypadaný silikon, oprýskaná vanička, vrstvy vodniho kamene na bateriích, špinavé prkánko WC. Snídaně formou bufetu oteřsná co se týče výběru. |
