The hotel was clean and nicely presented. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was great and good vicinity of the parks.

There was no highchair available for my little boy at breakfast time and he was not offered any toast etc. He had to share our breakfast with us.

I like rose park hotel bcoz of... 1. Location- very near less than 5 min to paddington station and bus stop. A lot of halal restaurant and 15mins to oxford street. 2. Staff - very frendly and helpful 3. Room is small but clean and comfortable.

It is a bit expensive for malaysian because it cost me rm750 per night for 3 person.

After reading some of the earlier reviews, I was a bit apprehensive. I was pleasantly surprised. The facilities are small, but updated. The wifi is slow, but free. Breakfast is a fry up. Location is great- so close to Paddington Station but not on the skeezy roads right next to it.

Nothing. I was only there for two nights and the location was exactly what I wanted.

The room was miniscule, too warm (and the aircon made it freezing but could not be adjusted properly), super noisy because of some ventilation.

Locality and its convenience to transport (Paddington Station) and a relaxed cafe/pub culture. Breakfast and the service we received. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very small room with limited storage and awkward doors.

Staff helpful. Were able to keep our bags after check out time so we could go out for a few hours before departure. Breakfast was very good. Efficient cooling/heating system in room. Location excellent for access to tube. Safe to walk at night. Good restaurants around the corner. Ate at the Indian restaurant (fair) and the pub which was very good. Also handy was a "corner store" for snacks including fresh fruit.

Bathroom tiny. Shower tiny. Got worried how to pick up my soap when I dropped it in the shower! Barely space in room for our suitcases on the floor. Often wifi too weak in room. Had to take it to the lobby. Breakfast room was overcrowded after 8am.

Location was great, easy to find, 3 minutes to the underground station, value for money excellent, staff was friendly and approachable. The room was big enough and very clean (even on daily base). Free wifi in the room and free luggage storage.

Nice clean hotel within easy reach of Marble Arch. Good first impression both entering hotel and room. Modern feel with satisfactory comfort level. Ideal for stay overnight

This hotel is really good value for money as it's in a fabulous area, close to Paddington station and within walking distance of Hyde Park. It's clean and well priced. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Breakfast is a bit chaotic in the morning - the staff seem to be run off their feet and you might have to wait a little while for a table to be cleared and re-set.

Got a 4 person room on top floor. Bad lighting, ugly decor, felt dirty.

Its totally not value for money. The cubicle is too small for that kind of hotel rate. I paid 358 Gbp for 2nite net of tax in a small cubicle.

G05 room dark and depressing no view. Asked to be moved but not accommodated,would not book if this was only room left

If you want to stay in a dorm room with 2 feet of space on one side of the bed, you will love it.

Power outage, no breakfast, no hot shower, charged 203 euros for one nights stay when checked out at 1pm and moved to another hotel.

Location is great.

Elevator works very slow, but it was no problem to use the stairs.
