It is a very good hotel, which offers you a lot of advantages for the money you pay. It's a very good location, 3 minutes walk from Paddington underground station. The room is small but very comfortable and recently renovated. This hotel is really worth the money! I would come back with pleasure here. Did not have the adapter plug in each room and had to wait 2 days to receive one.

The hotel was good situated near the Paddington Station, the underground and Hyde Park.Quiet area at night. The staff was friendly and service minded. The room was not big ,but good enough for four persons. It was clean and the beds was very good. The bathroom was new and clean. Breakfast was better than expected. The breakfast could be served until 10.00 o´clock. Would have given us better time in the morning.

Room and bathroom very clean and apparently recently renewed. Confortable beds. Location. Breakfast: toasts+ham and cheese+croissant+coffee/milk/tea. The staff was not very friendly specially in the breakfast room area (after 9am, they say the bread is over!) but also in the reception.

The bed was comfortable. The location was not my first choice but what I settled for given the availability of rooms for the week. The room was small and cramped and cold. The bathroom was small. The wi fi was available only at the front office, not in the room. The breakfast was somewhat limited. For these reasons I thought it was overpriced.

The location was very close to two tube stops, restaurants and Kensington Park, this is nice. The beds and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a clean bed and bathroom, this is the hotel for you, but it has nothing else to offer. It is bare bones. It was in construction, which may have been a good thing because our room had been freshly painted, they came and hung a mirror and pictures during our stay. You have to slam the room door for it to lock, but you never know from the inside if it is locked or not. The window would not stay open, there is not a stitch of furniture in the room except for a small table that the phone took up what little available surface it had. The did have a blow dryer, and a tea pot with tea, coffee and cream in the room. The tea you could make in your room was better than the mud water they called coffee you got for your breakfast. Breakfast too, was adequate, but we chose to get breakfast elsewhere since it was two slices of cheese, two slices of ham, a croissant, which was not worth eating, and mudwater coffee. They did have some cereal and juice, so if you're ok with bare bones adequate, again, this hotel is for you. The breakfast room was also clean. The free wifi is only available in the tiny lobby, and doesn't work very well. The hotel is Indian owned and the guy who was there most of the time, hardly spoke or understood English, and offered no help with advice and help for getting around and seeing the city. Very disappointing when our last two hotels were very helpful that way.It does have a lift. A very, very small lift, but a lift none the less. The front desk guy who was there most of the time, was not helpful at all for making suggestions of where to go in the city and didn't speak or understand English very well. They asked me for my nationality and passport number, and to pay the entire bill when I checked in. I said no and nothing came of it, but I stayed in two other hotels in England this trip and was not asked for any of that.I asked for some 'kleenex' in the room because I had a cold. The front desk responded that my room had already been 'cleaned'. When I gestured, tissues, he said they don't supply them. Bare bones.

My room was small (single bed) on the back of the hotel. The hotel is on a quit street, but with a window at the back (no vieuw) but I could sleep with my window open, what is a real value in a city like London. The room is just renovated, perfect shower, very clean. The breakfast is simple, but sufficient, and I prefer a continental breakfast anyway.. The price and location close to Paddington station and Lancaster Gate underground (central line) are for me the main reasons I like this hotel The wifi is only in the reception, and was not working one evening. Luckily the guest wifi network from the restaurant around the corner had excelent connections in my room.

Location. The electricity in my room tripped and switched off in the middle of the night. When I tried calling the front desk the phone even didn't work. There is no WiFi in the rooms. The rooms were not sound proof or even close. All night I could hear people coming in and out of the other rooms.

The room, though small, is neat and clean and quiet. No stuffy air though the windows are locked. The breakfast is fine. The twin beds are not big. Not a good idea to let your kid sleep with you on the same bed.

Location excellent. Staff great, especially older gentleman on the night shift. He was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast could be better. Didn't like quality of croissants. Breakfast staff could also say hello or greet patrons with a smile in the mornings.

Currently being refurbished, so the hotel looks well kept and clean. Location is quite central, nearby two underground stations. The rooms are incredibly small, there's no storage space. This hotel shows again that most London hotels are less good value for money compared to other cities/ countries.
