Comfortable room excellent breakfast with plenty of choice John very helpful
Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Clean, fresh look with renovated rooms and bathroom. Great shower!
Guests should expect the stairs to their room, but not at all difficult to navigate.
First class attention from the owners who run the guest house personally. Beautiful spacious bedroom, Very nice en-suite facilities, Great breakfast.
Parking was a bit dodgy, but the host took all the hassle out of it for us by shunting the car when necessary.
Friendly host and breakfast was good.
Really hard to find due to GPS sending the Satnav to the Tourist Info office on other side of the main road. Had to stop and ask at another hotel which is always a bit embarassing! For info it is turn off the main road at Victoria's restaurant...Can be inventive with the parking if you have a smallish car!
Excellent value for money and very convenient for a visit to the Enchanted Forest, which we would highly recommend. Will certainly come back again next year.
Very friendly welcome - made to feel right at home. Guesthouse centrally situated - everything very easy to get to.
No guest lounge.
The whole house was spotless and literally shone. Glad to have tea/coffee facilities. Room was large and bright. Owner was friendly and helpful. Breakfast included fresh berries and local produce.
I hadn,t realised that house was so central and surrounded by other buildings therefore view from window was of adjacent air con vents. Parking was a very restricted space though we were offered a free parking permit for local car park.
Friendliness, cleanliness and situation.
Parking was difficult
Central guest house. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast.
John, the proprietor is amazing! Went out of his way to take us to a distillery and informed us of a delightful place to dine along the river.
Lovely breakfast, friendly staff, very comfortable bed, was nice and cosy
Last week, my partner and myself travelled to Pitlochry for the enchanted Forrest festival. The room was lovely and clean, jackie (the owner) could not have been more welcoming! We will be back!
The welcome, friendly atmosphere and the excellent breakfast - clearly the quality of the food was well sourced

Comfortable sleep, pleasant hosts, yummy breakfast. Good location right in the heart of town.
Everything was good
Lovley spot and right in town with private parking and near theatre
Mayby stairs but only as I am abit disabled
Even though this guesthouse is right in the business area of town, it was very quiet. The convenience to everything was a real plus. Our room had a nice big bath tub which was great for soaking in after hiking all day. Our hostess was very welcoming and served a tasty breakfast.
The wifi was weak. They were upgrading it while we were there, so it should be quite adequate by now.
Warm welcome from the host, clean and contemporary room with recently refurbished bathroom, excellent breakfast, great location near the high street and train station.
Lovely comfortable room. Staff very helpful bringing tray up when I was poorly. Very nice ensuite facilities.
Parking a wee bit scarce especially when other guests block the space !
Central location Friendly hosts Excellent Breakfast
Great b&b in the centre of Pitlochry. All very clean, comfortable rooms, very good breakfast (fresh berries on the buffet was a very nice touch), friendly host, parking available. The Pitlochry Dam and Fish Ladder is a short walk from the b&b. Less close but still within walking distance (30 min. walk up the hill) by is the Moulin Hotel restaurant, a great dining place. And also nearby and possibly a nice walk by the beautiful Black Spout waterfall is Edradour Distillery, worth the visit.
The only negative thing of this b&b is that the train line is too close and trains start passing by quite early in the morning. A good thing to prevent you from missing breakfast!
Lovely courtyard, ideal central location and a wonderful breakfast. Nothing was too much effort!
Parking was a bit tight!
Parking not easy for motorcycles.
Friendly and clean.
Trains going by
- very modern facilities, - very clean - friendly owners - excellent breakfast
- limited parking space
