Very friendly owner, she likes to help and also drove me to the airport for free. You get a lot of informations about the things you can do around Horley and Crawley. The rooms are very clean and you have everything you need. TV, internet, soap, shampoo, towels, tea and more is all included. You immediately feel very comfortable and like home. Go there and enjoy it

Very convenient, close to Gatwick airport.

Definitely a business (nothing wrong in that), but not a warm, friendly, country farm type guest house. I would like it to be a little bit more certain about pick up/drop off from Gatwick (as it is, it depends on whether the owner is available or not - which isn't known until the last minute).

A very pleasant staying. Nice room, quiet and comfortable. Good value for money and excellent location, very close to the airport.

Pick up is not available from the airport and you have to make your own way to the guest house. However, staff is very kind and will drop you off to the airport the morning after.

Received an email message shortly after I booked that I perceived to be rude...it is possible that the person writing it did not intend rudeness. She stated that the guest house does not take american express credit card, and even though I had a confirmed booking, she wouldn't consider us booked until we paid with a visa. I did happen to have access to email while traveling and so took care of it. However, she didn't respond or confirm or thank me, so I had to contact her again to ensure that all was okay. The booking info stated 24 hour shuttle service to Gatwick. When I was an hour from Gatwick I emailed her that we were on way and requested transportation; she said no and so we had to take a cab (they did provide transportation the following day). And, the stated prices for breakfast was 3 pounds per person; when we got there, they offered it to us for 20 pounds for three people. Not 3. We declined. We traveled all over Great Britain and found the people extremely nice. Were disappointed in this one guest house.

The room was clean and had snacks available. It was comfortable and in a great location as it relates to the airport. We were just there for a pass through, but it was very comfortable.

I would highly recommend others to stay here. No issues at all.

Die niedliche Ausstattung hat mir besonders gefallen, es gab sogar eine Wärmeflasche in einer der Schubladen.

Die Eigentümerin war leider etwas wortkarg, ich hätte gerne mehr über das Städtchen Horley erfahren.

Al llegar a la 1 de la mañana, no hay nadie para abrir la puerta, y llamo por teléfono y recibo la bronca de una persona. posteriormente me abren la puerta de malos modos y me gritan, porque me dicen que tenia que haber mirado el correo para saber como poder entrar. Yo ya comunique que no tenia posibilidad de ver el correo. Además de pagar y llegar muy cansado, recibo una bronca.

Molto pulito.

La convivialité et le respect de l'intimité. Les équipements (sèche cheveux, salle de bain, TV, bouilloire). Le merveilleux petit déjeuner. L'hospitalité, la serviabilité et la bien séance de l'Hôtesse. Ne pas oublier d'appeler l'hôtesse avant l'arrivée à l'aéroport car aucun bus ne désert cette maison d'Hôtes.

la propreté, c'était propre entendons-nous bien mais pas à la hauteur de ce que j'espère, en même temps, il m'a été difficile de trouver aussi propre que mes espoirs lors de tous mes voyages, à l'exception des hôtel 5*, et encore ! Globalement maison d'Hôtes très bien.

La stanza per cinque persone era decisamente piccola, il bagno minuscolo e in cinque nella stanza non ci si poteva muovere. Arrivando di sera non ti accoglie nessuno ed è difficoltoso entrare. La colazione casalinga ma non eccezionale

De Familiekamer was ideaal voor onze familie en lag zeer dicht bij het vliegveld. Ook was er een leuke pub in de buurt waar we na advies van de eigenaar een hapje hebben gegeten.

Doordat de eigenaar ons niet kon oppikken en de aanbevolen taxi's niet te bereiken waren moesten we een relatief dure taxi nemen. 11 pond sterling voor 5 minuten rijden. Gelukkig konden ze ons bij ons vertrek wel afzetten.

Close to the airport at Gatwick and the taxi transfer was included early in the morning, though the taxi did turn up late.

非常にまめなおじいさんが（おそらく）一人で経営しておられ、部屋には無料のコーヒー・紅茶・クッキーが用- 意してあり、無料の無線LANの速度も速かったです。未明に出発の飛行機に乗るつもりだったので、本当に空- 港までトランスファーしてくれるのか不安でしたが、タクシーの予約をしてくださって空港までのタクシーチケ- ットを渡してくださいました。ガトウィック空港からの早朝のフライトの前日には今後も利用したいと思いまし- た。

Booking.comから予約し予約確認書も送られてきたにも関わらず、Booking.comからホテルの予約リストに反映するどこかの過程で手違いが生じたようで、予約ができていませんでした- 。当日の昼に上記のトランスファーの件でメールした際に予約ができていなかったことが判明し、あわてて電話- で予約を取り直すはめになってしまいました。ですが、親切に早急に対応してくださいました。
