How small bathroom/ toilet was like caravan
Staff very helpful and friendly
always very friendly staff, everywhere very clean, breakfast very good. Will be staying again without doubt
en-suite bathroom small but not a major problem especially for a short stay
Good location, cheap tariff, free parking
Hotel looked like it was in disrepair really. Only one pillow provided, rooms were ridiculously hot even with radiator turned off. But if you opened the window the noise from airplanes kept you awake! Lift seemed temperamental.
The location is convenient for west London and Heathrow. Wifi and in-room facilities were good. Nice breakfast. Good value for money.
No problems. Rooms are small, as is to be expected.
Breakfast was good Beds were comfortable Bed linen was clean and of good quality Staff were friendly and helpful
Heating was on and unable to adjust which in a small room makes it very uncomfortable. Shower and lavatory area exceedingly small Room badly needed redecoration and attention to plaster work Unavoidable noise of aircraft overhead!
Helpful staff, clean and tidy rooms, tea and coffee facility in the rooms and free parking. Value for money.
cheap for NYE in London clean room good looking room and cared for lots of biscuits
hounslow is a bit far from central london but we saved loads on the price of the room compared to other place, even travel lodge was 3x the price of this one!
Warm rooms, plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits and liked the take away cups
Windows didnt close properly which let too much noise in the room from the road. Toilet area a bit small but manageable
Location Free parking Courteous Staff. Miss Eva was very kind and helpful
Noise. The windows should be sound proof due to the airlines at 900feet overhead. Unable to get much sleep
Lady working on reception when we arrived was extremely helpful and pleasant, a real credit to the hotel. Lots of tea and coffee in the room and room very clean. Free parking was also a bonus we had not expected. Shops, pubs and public transport all very close to the hotel, we will definitely return
Hard to think of anything negative but if I had to:- Room was very hot at night and could have done with an extra pillow, but I am sure if we had asked at reception we would have been given one
location, staff are excellent, very friendly, very cozy,
bathroom are too small, to get into shower you almost have to climb over the toilet.
Helpful staff and a good location for what we needed
Needs a bit of TLC handles replaced bulbs changed
Staff at hotel were very friendly and could not have been more welcoming. Price for hotel in this area was very good. Location was vey good as we walked to and from Twickenham on the Saturday night. We booked bed and breakfast but by pure chance we eat at the hotel before going to the rugby. The food that each of us ( 4 adults) was superb and turned out to be a very good decision.
We all commented on the half a shower door scenario, very strange!!!
Nice and Clean - easy walk to Twickenham stadium - Plenty of pubs and shopping nearby.
Bathroom very small
1. Tea and coffee facility is good 2. Cleaned everyday 3. Good location
1. The wifi did not work in any of my devices, reported to them and they insist the wifi password is what they gave me..i was in 1st floor 2. The space is very small, good for 1 bed an one Strolley 3. Bathroom is very very small of what i have seen in other hotels.
location for rugby stadium
very very small bathrooms
Good location Parking (although VERY tight and sparse - had to do a 40 point turn to get out) Clean room
Very small bathroom - your knees touching the door even if you aren't that tall Cramped building No free breakfast Pricey?
Location served my business purpose. It was clean, staff helpful. good budget hotel, room was good size for money, but shower toil cubical too small for larger people
I had forgotten how noisy London is. I used to travel to London every other weekend but have not for ten years. Traffic stops at 1am then starts at 4am. Not much sleep but I live in a small village and am a light sleeper. I do not think any London hotels would fair better.
Paid £10 per night for a superior room, and have no idea what made it superior. Bathroom the size of a shoe box. Paper thin walls meant we listened to next door's TV until 2am. Bed average comfort.
Had a room next to road loud with sirens and planes
Location for Twickenham stadium was good. Staff very good. Breakfast was excellant. Will stay here again when next rugby game.
Great location for the rugby, spotlessly clean, friendly staff, great breakfast
Small room and spectacularly small bathroom - you couldn't be signifcantly overweight and fit in it!
A LITTLE BIT OLD FASHIONED!
Convenience to train station and links to central station Staff were friendly and the breakfast was lovely
Bathroom was way too small. Noise from street below which lasted to the early hours of the morning Blinds on windows not functioning properly.
