The hotel was basic but functional. The rooms were small but adequate, though the pod shower room was very small! The bed was ok but not brilliant. Breakfast was good and ample, the service was fast but friendly. Pleasant enough experience even if the road traffic was noisy at all hours of the day & night. Convenient for Twickenham Rugby ground. Hotel is on very noisy road. Trying to get to the hotel was ended up in a one way system that took us rather round the houses. There was a funny electrical fault type smell in our room when we first entered (my husband is an electrician). Told the staff but nothing they could do about it. It faded a bit with time but never went. |

level of cleanliness was excellent, staff on duty extremely helpful-arrived late for rugby match and a taxi was ordered for us before we checked in the bathroom facilities are a joke, if you're more than five feet tall you'll need to put your legs in the shower to use the toilet! Having said that it was otherwise perfect for our purpose |

Nice location, just 5 mins walk from tube station and Hounslow town centre.Tuve takes you to central London in about 15 mins. So very good if you stay here for sightseeing. About 15 mins from Heathrow airport. Room was quite clean, heating worked properly, nice window and TV. Area seemed quite safe, shops (tesco) and restaurants nearby. Its not a joke, the bathroom is really in a wardrobe. U cannot use the toilet without banging ur head and knees to the door when sitting down. The shower is also tiny but it wasnt such a big problem. The walls are extremely thin, I could hear almost everything going on in the neighboring rooms. The elevator is terrible, once we almost got stuck in between 2 floors. Cleaners are really very imposing, although I put the "do not disturb" sign out on the door, they repeatedly knocked and wanted to get in even when we told them we dont need cleaning. The room is very small and whats called a "double bed" is in fact only the size of a bigger single bed. Nowhere to put your things as the only wardrobe is occupied by the bathroom. |

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was lovely. The size of the bathroom was too small. Very Basic One person could just fit in it, They was no space at all. It was very clean though and we only stayed there for less than 24 hours so it did the job. |

The only thing I liked about it was the low cost of the room which was 55 pounds. Staff were very rude and they are not suitable to work in a hotel at all. The bathroom was very very small and it was same as the airplanes' toilets. The sound-proof of the windows were very poor and the noise from outside was very high !! I couldn’t sleep well. |

The location is very close to Heathrow Airport. It is walkable to the tube. Decent hotel to transit to the airport. My reservation was put on the wrong day. If they charge you prior to the date you requested - they messed up the reservation. Because I had taken the proof of payment and reservation they were able to fix the problem. |

I did like the courtesy of the staff, some were more friendly than others but overall very nice. The Bathroom is far too small, put a smaller table in the room and extend the bathroom. |

The room allocated to me faced a busy main road, and was very noisy. It was double glazed, but if you closed the window, the room was unbearably hot.I would probably stay again, but only as a convenient for the airport.I f allocated the same room in the summer months, I definitely wouldn't stay. |
