Le café à diposition dans la chambre - la gentillesse du personnel Bruit en dehors de l'hotel car juste en dessous des lignes d'avion allant vers heathrow (dès 5h30 du matin) + bruits des voitures pour les chambres donnant coté rue principale |

Very clean and staff very polite and helpful. Close to underground and airport. Very nice hotel would stay there again Bathroom very very small would be a problem for a large person. |

The room allocated to me faced a busy main road, and was very noisy.It was double glazed, but if you closed the window, the room was unbearably hot.I would probably stay again, but only as a convenient for the airport.I f allocated the same room in the summer months, I definitely wouldn't stay. |

The hotel was clean and well kept, the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was ideally located for my trip to Twickenham. The bathroom in my room was definitly not for the clastraphobic! It was very small. |

Very reasonable price, staff was very helpfull and the room was very clean. When I arrived they did not have my reservation. Somehow it Didn't get through. Luckily they had a free room. |

Did what it said on the tin provided a bed and breakfast for two nights No wardrobe or cupboards. The smallest toilet and shower I have ever seen. |

The staff were courteous, friendly the room was spotlessly clean and more than served our purpose for our Twickenham visit.The reception staff were extremely helpful and more than willing to assist with local knowledge. Thanks for making our weekend very enjoyable, will not hesitate to use again and also recommend. |

location, clean It has to be said that the toilet come shower is really too small. The layout of the room was not very well thought out. Why put a kettle on another small shelf when it would have easily sat on the large shelf area. Why have a large shelf area with plenty of sockets when there was no mirror above?? Why have a large mirror with no sockets?? Whilst it is a nice hotel I would not stay there again |
