I liked how pleasant the staff were and how helpful they were. They even told of other places which were good to eat and drink and made us feel very welcome. |

The quality of the food was excellent and was served promptly to enable arrival at theatre in time. Television reception in room was poor. Surprised that teletext service not provided. |

the food was lovely the room was very small for a double bed, but the worst was not comfortable the person across the hall, his bathroom was next to my bed, most distatefull, without going into it all.!! |

We stayed in the junior suite and the room was excellent, lovely views Very poor staff service, waited ages to check in and for drinks, no water in the room, limited options for dinner (and they needed 30 mins notice - why?!!), breakfast only available 8.30-9.30 every day, so although room was nice I wouldn't stay there again. |

The location is fine and the rooms are ok, nothing special. Staff was receptive depending on who you talk to. Although, overall, we don't recommend the hotel - there are several ones close to it. We were impressed by a few things: 1. We had to choose from the dinner menu before dinner; 2. We have a baby and had to feed him and put him to spleep - dinner could not be postponed for 30 minutes to accomodate our needs, as the "chef" had to leave...; 3. We were asked to leave our dinner table at 21:30...(never seen this before); 4. |

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel everyone was complaining. There where no good points. tiny rooms, awful decor, no carpets on stair which made it very noisey found hair in breakfast. I would never go back. |

Mangeress (owner?) was excellent making us most welcome and making sure we had all we needed, even emailing before we arrvied to ask for anything she could do. Location is good, Pitlochry and surrounding area are a really beautiful part of Scotland. Room was a little tired, but hasn't been refurbsihed yet, some have and the plan is to do them all. |

It was comfortable although a little dated. Clean and quite close to the town. Breakfast quite good. Window cracked in bedroom number 5, also water not warm enough on the wasbasin early morning. The shower was very poor. |

Staff were lovely. Very helpful and accommodating to us with a 9 month old. He was given the run of the place! Good sized family room too. not the most up to date decor in the rooms, but bar was lovely and everything was clean. |

The surrounding area was beautiful. Owner was pleasant & helpful. The hotel had a fantastic view. Breakfast served for 1 hour only(8.30 - 9.30), we were informed that if food ran out it would be replenished. Arrived for breakfast at 9.10 & there were no sausages, bacon or bananas left & when we eventually asked one of the waitresses for more were informed breakfast finished at 9.30 (in fairness it was about 9.25! |
