From its high position, the Rosemount Hotel enjoys beautiful views over Pitlochry and the hills beyond. It is an ideal base from which to travel around Perthshire and Central Scotland.

The Rosemount offers 2 bars and a restaurant serving only freshly prepared food. Enjoy Scottish hospitality and local entertainment.

Pitlochry is at the heart of an area rich in natural beauty. Day trips from the hotel by car take you through some of the most stunning scenery in Scotland. Likewise, there is a growing abundance of outdoor activities from golf through white water rafting, quad biking and cycling to hill walking and climbing. We would be delighted to provide information and help with booking. Pitlochry Festival Theatre is internationally acclaimed for its quality productions.

Travel information

Travel to Scotland by plane to Edinburgh or Glasgow, then road or rail to Pitlochry. Ferry services from continental Europe arrive in Rosyth, near Edinburgh. Roads supplying the area are good, with a strong motorway network as far as Perth, then a good percentage of dual carriageway (A9) north to Pitlochry. Cycle routes are plentiful.
