Nice room and nice people running the hotel!

The owners could not be more attentive and helpful. Rosemount felt like home-from-home, but had that added ambiance feel. The room and guest areas were spotless.

There was nothing to not like!

The room/en suite were very modern,clean and comfortable. The owners and staff were welcoming and friendly, breakfast was great with plenty choice. And it's a great location to walk into bowness. Highly recommend it, we will be back hopefully very soon.

Based my booking on reviews already posted, and I wasn't disappointed! The warmest, friendliest, humblest and most attentive family you could wish to have as hosts. Very clean, modern, luxury lodgings, excellent breakfasts and great value for money; about half the price of all other guest houses in the locale! Could not recommend the experience any higher and would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location, really great welcome, personal and friendly, amazingly well kept and sparking new decor/bathrooms, great food and good value.

The could have been a lamp on the dressing table as it was a bit dark at that side of the room but other than that very good.

Once inside this Guest House, there were no faults to be found!! Friendly reception given - I thought I knew them!! After seeing the room we were staying in - we wish we could have stayed there longer!! Could not have picked a better place - best birthday surprise I had!!

The owners are lovely and really made us feel at home. Our room was cosy and the breakfast was fantastic.

A very friendly welcome and beautiful setting. The rooms were warm and comfortable and the suggested pub (The Angel) was excellent. We couldn't have asked for more. It was a great place to stop on our way back down south to Manchester.

The Rosemount was central to both Windermere and Bowness and therefore an easy walk to both centres. The staff were friendly and informative and the room was spotless and spacious with an exquisite ensuite. The breakfast was scrumptious and the service excellent. An all round fantastic b&b.

The room was so clean and tidy and all the amenities were functional and modern. For a small family run unit they should be proud.

Rosemount Guest House was a lovely place to stay. The Deco of the hotel was very tasteful and matched the design of the hotel name very lush. The hotel owners were very welcoming on arrival and du ring our stay. They had knowledge of places to visit which was very helpful as we wanted to sight see and relax. There food was really nice and had plenty of options to chose from too, which was fab as i dont eat english breakfast. So i had fruit and yogurt and chose of cereal too. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends for the price, location, hospitallity of the owners and the overall experience of the weekend we had.

Greeted by Louise upon arrival and she gave me lots of useful info about Windermere and Bowness like what to visit and where to eat. The room is nicely decorated, simple but tastefully done, and very clean. Location was excellent, very easy to find. Excellent breakfast and I also ordered a packed lunch for my hike the next day, which was very good considering it was only £5! Thank you Louise and Andrew for this wonderful stay. I will definitely return some day to this wonderful B&B!
