The rooms are spacious, the hosts very nice and helpful, the breakfast delicious -- and by car the place is only about 5 minutes away from the city centre and still quiet.

A very warm welcome from Niamh, a lovely breakfast and chat from Kevin .....a very spacious room ....a plus for us was the bike lane at the end of the road which brought us right into the centre of this fascinating city

Clean, close to the city and the hosts were great. Breakfasts were wonderful. Kevin and Gerry couldn't have been more helpful advising on where to eat and what to visit, booking taxis and generally treating us like old friends. Thanks from all six of us.

    Everything was perfect

Proprietors were very friendly, kind and helpful. The breakfasts were substantial. Rooms were light, spacious and comfortable. It was also very peaceful.

Without a car the accommodation was a little bit far from the city centre, but very good as a place to tour from.

The room was big and well furnished. The setting is superb, and the location is very convenient provided you have a car (as we did). The breakfast left nothing to be desired. The owner was very hospitable. Real value for money, heartily recommended.

Owners were friendly and helpful, though their daughter could take a cue from their demeanour. Great sized room, with comfortable beds. Walking distance from reasonable pub/restaurant.

The grounds of this B&B are quite overgrown and unkempt which does not give a good impression. Unfortunately this was borne out by some of the facilities of the room we stayed in - toilet cistern cracked and wheels on the electric heater broken, (but both still working), broken panes of glass in the windows, mould in the shower recess. Also some of the breakfast crockery was chipped or dirty.

Immediate impression on arrival was that the buildings were lovely, the owners were very welcoming and couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The rooms were huge and comfortable. I would recommend this B&B to anyone

Great breakfast, very friendly people, large room, comfy bed, very quiet, good price.

Maybe a bit far out of city but only £3.50 in taxi, but good for a quiet nights sleep.
