Really clean, friendly staff and great location
Debbie was really accommodating, and friendly. Accommodation was warm and perfectly adequate and comfortable. Rooms a good size.
Location was slightly out of the way of the centre of bournemouth (buses available though).
Clean rooms Friendly owners Good breakfast with veggie option provided.
Friendly welcome with lots of suggestions where to eat/drink and places to go locally. Lovely large room, comfortable bed, hot shower, free wifi. Fantastic cooked full english and vege breakfasts.
A very good B&B with friendly proprietors.
Nothing to dislike
Both Debs and Pete were very welcoming. Debs went out of her way to accommodate my early check in request and cooked a lovely vegetarian breakfast for me. This guesthouse is very close to Boscombe pier - perfect for the beach! Would happily stay again.
Spotless, quiet room. 5 minutes walk to beach. great Thai restaurant 2 minutes walk away !!
The friendliness of the proprietors, who are also the staff by the way, which means attention to detail on their part is of prime importance.
We really enjoyed our stay - everything was superb. Debbie and Pete were friendly hosts, room cleanliness was first rate and the breakfast was faultless. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Rosscourt. The hosts Debbie and Peter were very friendly and helpful. Room was good quite spacious and clean. Lovely big King size bed. Breakfasts were excellent. All in all a super stay.
We were a bit apprehensive, having been texted to say that booking in should be done by 7. However, from then on, everything was quite perfect. A thriving, enthusiastic bed and breakfast - so much better than a faded, inhospitable hotel.
Breakfast was excellent, however my partner ordered her poached eggs hard/well cooked (as she is pregnant) but they weren't served that way as they were very runny. Everything else was so perfect it didn't upset our visit at all.
We stayed in room 2 which had an enormous and comfortable bed. The room itself was large and clean as was the ensuite. We were greeted by Debbie who was very helpful and friendly. Complimentary water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits were gratefully received in the room. We slept very well and enjoyed an excellent breakfast the next day. We accidentally left a pair of shoes in the room which Debbie contacted us about immediately - we appreciated this as a lot of other places wouldn't do this. Overall, a very pleasant stay in a friendly, clean establishment.
The owners were very nice and you could have what you wanted for breakfast nothing was to much trouble . They were very knowledgable about the area and told us the best places to go. We would highly recommend it.
The room was a bit smaller than liked.
The owner of the guest house was lovely and the food was very good quality. Parking was an added bonus and pubs and eating places with in walking distance.
A great warm welcome with the added surprise of a card and bottle of wine left in our room, to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The breakfast was excellent, easy walk to the seafront, shops and restaurants too. We had a lovely weekend away. Thanks Debbie.
Would have like breakfast to be served until about 9.30 instead of 9am.
We were in Boscombe for a dance congress and the location of The Rosscourt was ideal. As strangers to then area we also found that it was easy to find. The rooms were excellent and beds very comfortable. Owners very friendly and accommodating.
If you are a light sleeper ask for a room at the back of the hoop use as the road is noisy if you sleep with a window open. Could not find breakfast times or checkout times written anywhere. Felt that 8am-9am for breakfast was late for weekdays and early for weekends.
The room was very comfortable and had all we needed in it plus a hot drink tray with the option of fresh milk if wanted. Well placed for Boscombe town and the Seafront. Breakfasts were delicious. Debbie made us very welcome and we have already recommended it to others.
Cleanliness, warm welcome. Attractive room
Really enjoyed my stay, the hosts who could not do enough and made you very welcome as a single traveller. Cracking breakfast. Very nice Chinese around the corner, especially the spicy ribs which were shared
A lovely B&B in a great location. Debbie was both welcoming and accommodating during our stay. The room was clean and very comfortable and the breakfast faultless! Will definitely return when next visiting Bournemouth!
Everything, particularly the owners, Debbie & Pete; nothing was too much trouble & the breakfasts were fantastic. The cleanliness throughout; not just our room. Location; great for exploring locally on foot (shops & beach) or further afield by car. A lovely couple of days. We'll be returning.
