The very friendly hotel staff who were very helpful Unpainted doors to rooms give a poor image (these doors appear to be recently new fire doors) |

We were made very welcome by the owner and his partner The room was bright and clean. The food was excellent home cooking we both enjoyed our stay. The hotel could do with a bit of refurbishment the only thing I find was needed. |

A convenient place to stay for us to walk along the coastline. Reasonably close to Falmouth town centre. Disappointed that we were not able to see the "sub-tropical gardens" mentioned on the website. |

The room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was good. Booking on-line was good - a pity it does not state that rooms are en-suite. Owners were pleasant and bill was ready on departure The water pressure in the shower was poor running hot, cold, hot cold all the time. (very hot!) Our friends who travelled with us had to take a bath because of problems. |

At the Rosslyn Hotel, what we liked most was the friendly reception we had on arrival and the undisturbed quietness during our stay. |

Very basic old fashioned hotel , e.g. hand in keys and be back by eleven or be locked . Excellent tasty breakfast. Very pleasant staff. Superb attitude towards my learning disabled friend Rather tired and faded |

The room was not what you would call clean, the bed had remnants of a previous guest in it! I cut my stay short and moved to another hotel. |

The best feature of my stay was the price. This is certainly a budget hotel and, on this basis, it's very good value. For example, I was charged only £5 for an excellent and generous additional full English cooked breakfast - now that is good value. The welcome was sweet and genteel and service in the dinig room was very efficient. Accommodation is very basic and the hotel cannot have been redecorated for at least 20 years, though plain fire proof doors appear to have been fitted throughout. Nevertheless, there was an en suite shower room and toilet, a small tv and tea making facilities. Parking is a little restricted, but this should not deter anyone looking for a budget hotel from staying here. |

The only thing about this hotel that was passable was the garden although there was hardly any facilities to sit in it. This hotel was a complete disgrace and should not have the name of hotel it was a very bad B and B. The whole place smelt, was scruffy, untidy and was in need of a complete overhaul. The description on your website was complete fantasy do you not check that what is written is truthful. This hotel completely spoilt the first part of our holiday in Cornwall. |

Nothing. I would've asked for a refund but was embarrassed to do so. The room was damp. Holes in the wall where fixings had been removed-the room had then been painted without filling the holes as there were paint drips around them! Bedhead on the floor-not fixed to bed! Everything had an air of neglect. The "refurbishment" seems to have been fixing fire doors to the rooms but they had not been painted or varnished and they banged loudly when closing. It is a shame that this is the impression that foreign visitors will have of English hotels. |
