dirty,cold unsafe smelly,cobwebs and dirt everywhere,no effort to clean room except bed linen.cheap sausages and work being carried out all over the hotel.plastering,damp carpets wallpaper coming off ceiling and walls.other than that ok |

Good heating. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Polite staff. Cleanliness.Good car park. Evidence of gradual refurbishment. Hot water. Light and well carpeted corridors. Poor lighting in the bedroom as two of the three lights - including the bedside light - were broken. No BBC1 on TV. No chair in bedroom. |

Breakfast was excellent and the room was adequate. The whole stay was very good value for money. The hotel was close to all the local amenities and there was a bus stop right outside. Parking at the hotel was fantastic and the staff were very pleasant. The plumbing in the bathroom was a bit dodgy as the water didn't drain away in the shower but apart from that it was a lovely stay! |

The hotel staff was friendly and the front desk is open 24 hours. The train station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and about a 30 minute train ride to downtown London. Good place to stay for the money. There was no shower curtain so water splashed all over the bathroom floor. The hotel was in need of maintenance and a good cleaning. There is no ac in the rooms. |

Leaving! Although the hotel is going through refurbishment you can see that it's being done on the cheap. My teenage daughters room did not have a bathroom or toilet (we were not informed this on booking) and I was not prepared for her to walk down the corridor to the toilet or shower, so I used it and she shared with my wife in our double. The off suite shower was disgusting. It was dirty and mouldy. |

They sent me to another hotel despite my booking 6 weeks in advance and ringing to confirm the booking. The other hotel was small. The door to the room was blocked by the wardrobe. The shower was dirty. The staff in that hotel were friendly. I would not recommend using Rossmore hotel. |

The only thing I like about Rossmore hotel, to be very frank, is the morning breakfast. It was nice. The requested rooms were not reserved and i had spent about an hour to resolve this. Finally alternative was provided in an Annex with a minimal aminities. The rooms were average and lacking the facilities like TV (was there but not working), room heating control, separate changing room and shower etc. All this without the compensation on my booking so no 'price for money'. |

it is still vey much behind time and needs to improve to meet up with the other hotels. cant believe any hotel still uses key to get in the rooms when they should be using cards |
