Very dangerous as the shower is one fitted over the bath and there is no grip in the bathtub . Slipped over getting in to the shower could have been very dangerous should supply rubber bath mat. Please note I was the first in the shower .

From my window I could see that the exterior of the building needed more care, the walls, window sill needed cleaning and weeds removed from a flat roof. I felt that all these were easily fixed and its a pity they weren't.

Really enjoyed the tranquil, beautiful & peaceful location. It was perfect location for us to make a quick trip up to the Giant's Causeway,& a great base for catching the ferry to Scotland the following morning. Breakie was yummy too.

Travelled alone was made to feel relaxed. Especially enjoyed the afternoon tea it was delicious. Bar staff made me lovely non alcoholic drinks and breakfast lady was lovely made me a fresh egg. Room was fantastic and clean.will stay again loved the atmosphere.

Breakfast was lovely except for the bacon did not taste very nice and tough. Not enough outside areas to sit. I found only one area with gravel unfriendly as I use a stick. It was beautiful weather but no soft seats to sit on only picnic benches. No porter to help with luggage even though I had a disabled room booked. Meals were disappointing duck had sauce like beef gravy scampi greasy & unattractive just a lemon slice with it. Service was excellent. I would stay again.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The WiFi wasn't strong enough to reach our room.

Everything but one thing was superb.

Bedside tables not well fixed to wall. My husband leant his hand on it and it promptly fell, better fixings are advisable. As no harm was done it was not important to us and did not take away from our enjoyment.

We were at Rosspark for a wedding reception. The food and service were excellent as was the musical entertainment which I believe was arranged by the hotel staff. We stayed overnight and have no complaints about the room or breakfast next morning. Reception staff were very efficient, especially Richard!! All in all, a lovely experience. I would recommend this location for any visitors to Northern Ireland as, although you are in the countryside, you are only about 10 minutes from Ballymena and about 45 minutes from the beautiful Antrim coast and glens.

    No negative comments!

    Rooms, Breakfast,

Signs warning every one that if found drinking their own drink in public would be put out of hotel and sign stating don't ask for ice as it will make staff suspicious. This is over the top as a simple polite note in your room would suffice
