Little far out
We enjoyed every aspect of our stay from start to finish Staff helpful and pleasant Food excellent Room spacious and comfortable
Staff were friendly and helpful. I got a great nights sleep in the highly comfortable bed.
Great breakfast. Comfortable room. tea & Coffee facility v good.
Could hear people in adjacent rooms. Hotel location out of way. No handheld shower over bath.
No mobile signal. Staff uninterested. Gym cery poor.
All staff very helpful, particularly young Peter who seemed to be everywhere, always with a smile on his face and alsways looking to help..
All the staff were so friendly. Had food in the bar that evening and it was extremely tasty Room was nice
Breakfast was terrible. No one attending at breakfast until. 8.10am, no hot food available. Eventually a lady asked us did we want a cooked breakfast. As we were in a hurry it was to late. Water marks on the glasses for the juice as did the breakfast bowls. Would have a good stay overall but the whole breakfast experience felt a sour note. Very nice people though.
The stay was very good we are well pleased. We enjoyed the breakfast.
The food was very good
Myself and my husband are both disabled, we were struggling with luggage and no member of staff offered to take our bag to our room, never experienced that before and we have stayed in many hotels, wouldn't go back, wouldn't recommend it.
Everything about this hotel is great I could find no fault and the staff where so friendly.
having to walk through a wedding reception with my cases
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and well thought out. The resturant food, menu and service was excellent. The breakfast was also really good. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definately be back and would recommend.

Stuck in middle of no-where if you wanted a drink your stuck there. Nowhere to eat, drink or socialize within 5 miles, Impersonal ok if your on conference but wouldn't recommend it for anything else. Wouldn't go back.

Great food and excellent facilities. Modern, well finished rooms. Very friendly staff.
Nothing at all
No fresh water to make tea or coffee in room complementary biscuits were already opened. Bathroom linen had a peculiar smell wasn't fresh at all.
Lovely room for a reception .. Staff service & food were excellent
* Discrete but friendly staff * Free and effective WiFi * Great value 'high-tea'-labelled 2-course early-evening meal option * Proximity to motorway , easy access to Belfast city and surrounding towns to the North
*Steep stairway to upper-floor bedrooms - no apparent elevator alternative * Vending machine near bedrooms included drinking-water which might otherwise be supplied without charge in bedrooms ?
Very dangerous as the shower is one fitted over the bath and there is no grip in the bathtub . Slipped over getting in to the shower could have been very dangerous should supply rubber bath mat. Please note I was the first in the shower .
