Considering its location, it was quiet at night. Nice welcome to a very nice, clean and well maintained house. Good breakfast in a lovely dining room. |

Wonderful breakfast served by staff who genuinely wanted to ensure we had everything we needed. Loved the peace and quiet of the hotel - no comparison to the big chain hotels. |

The owners were very friendly and there was no problem coming and going as you please - a key for the front door is provided. Room was rather small for a double room, but as I was using it on a single occupancy, it was big enough for me. Breakfast choice was ample and cooked breakfast very tasty. Room was a wee bit noisy - think I was near the boiler... |

Friendly staff, really nice shower, comfy bed, large room. Staff organised taxis for us and coordinated our group taxi booking, very helpful indeed in this respect. Really nice home made jam... Special diet not well catered for on the first day, even though advised about this previously.Not enough tea / milk etc in the room. Room would be too cold in winter. Slightly depressing decor - needs freshening up a bit. Ironing facilities not very good. |

My initial welcome through to my final departure was a delight. The staff were very helpful, and made me feel like it was home away from home.The breakfast was exceptional. Bed was extremely comfortable. The best feature of the hotel was the cleanliness of it. Spotless. Quality TV and DVD player....I could go on for some time. 10/10 |

My wife and I thoroughly our stay ar Rostrevor. The welcome we received was excellent and the owners could not do enough for us. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is truly looking for value for money. |

The hotel staff were welcoming from the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotless, very spacious & comfortable. Great breakfast. Would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay. The only down side was the rooms were cold overnight. |

Very comfy rooms all though a little cold through the day but there is a heater to use which is very powerful and warms room up in 5 to 10 mins. Everything you need is there. Shower a little poor (power of water). Breakfast is lovely with a wide range and the staff accomadate your needs. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. We would stay here again if we come back to Manchester. |

The breakfast was awesome, the room was well stocked with essentials such as cotton buds, iron and hair dryer. Plenty of channels on the tv. Would definately come again. In other reviews people said that the rooms were cold, this was the case but a heater was provided and soon warmed up the room. |

Staff were friendly, made us feel very welcome, bedroom was clean,warm and comfortable with all amenities available, there was a personal touch about the place. Breakfast was excellent with a wonderful variety of food on offer including a full English breakfast. |

Nice breakfast, location was ideal for our needs room was cold, heating was on a timer in the middle of December. Road noise was intrusive too, and the shower could only be described as a tepid trickle |

We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived and being unfamiliar with the area, we were given clear directions (plus a taxi contact) to the venue of the silver wedding we were attending, as well as directions to the famous market (which is well worth a visit) Breakfast was excellent and Michelle's home-made marmalade just added the finishing touch. |
