The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was superb - close to the town and lake and there was ample safe car parking. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice - cooked to order. The Rothay Manor is a very nice place to stay - a little expensive for 3 star but generally fair value with a nice touch of class. The shower worked - but more like an overhead tap than a spray - the shower head needed cleaning or replacing in an otherwise lovely bathroom. |

The staff are really friendly and I felt welcome nothing was too much trouble yes unfortunately I didnt like the evening menu as I found the mix of hot tined fruit with asparagus not to my taste, I also siliked the steak duo. I was not too impressed with eveniong menu choises |

Felt more like a 4* plus hotel, not a 3. Nice details like great towels and fresh milk available for in-room coffee. Quality decor in room, nice bathroom too. Very convenient to town without being in it. TV looked cheap which was a complete contrast to the feel of the room. |

The proximity to both the lake and the town centre and having afternoon tea on the lawn in the sunshine! Underfloor heating in the bathroom made it uncomfortably warm and there was no way to regulate the temperature. |
