Good bath, nice bar area for food (although wasn't finished). Lovely views. Great location when doing West Highland Way!

It was quite pricey although had clearly been refurbished which in part justified it. Wasn't always someone on reception (but they came reasonably quickly from bar).

A true gem at the banks of Loch Lomond, which we used for one night on West Highland Way walk. Very stylish room, superb view of the loch. Very relaxing bath after a day of walking, great pub with a nice atmosphere and delicious food. Good selection from brekafast menu.

Location was good. Room very comfortable. Food was quite good and reasonably priced. Can't fault the kitchen.

Need to brush up on customer service and be a bit more consistent. Service training needed by most of the staff. All polite but needed to smarten up and clean up. Not sure how glasses were being washed?? Not good that staff were drinking in bar at night prior to putting on some sort of entertainment.

The room was done up to a good comfortably standard and the location on the west highland way was very convient.

The breakfast was awful,the tea out of flasks was undrinkable,the cereal had an off sort of taste as if left around too long and the choice of continental buffet was poor and the scrambled eggs were the worst we have every encountered,they were a pale yellow colour and luke warm there was no taste so we could not eat them.This was bad as they advertise free range hens.The food in the bar was not much better.It is such a shame they let themselves down like this as the room was the best on the whole west highland way and we did it over seven nights so stayed in eight places to compare them all

beautiful location right on the shores of loch lomond lovely quiet spot with no traffic.great facilities, friendly staff, great food

It's proximity to Ben Lomand and Loch Lomand. I found the staff very friend'ly and helpful, a good place to stay. I would like to stay longer next time.

I could not find anything that i did not like about the Rowardennan Hotel.

all staff were friendly/. this hotel offered great value for money. i would stay there again we had a great time.

The location of the hotel on the side of the Loch was awesome. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The view from our room across the Loch was amazing.

Fabulous location, friendly, helpful staff, dog friendly.

Location is beautiful although the last 6 miles is a bit of a nightmare. Poor roads and as I have been before was really glad no snow on the roads. I was surprised by the excellent presentation of the rooms. Very modern and clean with everything you would need for an overnight stay. My daughter had her two young boys with her and they put an extra bed in her room so everyone could have a bed.

The service did not match the standard of the hotel. We decided not to have the buffet which was £30 per head and £15 for the kids. This would have cost me £180 in total for al of us for a bowl of soup and come cold meat dishes and salad. Bar food was very good though so it was a good decison to have that instead. Staff were not very professional and in some respects extremely familiar. Swearing in front of guests seemed the norm. Also very scatty and hair brained. My small grandsome dropped a glass on the floor and we had to ask twice for either a dustpan and brush to clean it ourselves or have someone do it. Hotel great, service poor

Friendly staff who were always available for assistance

The hotel had recently been refurbished but there were still aspects which could have been refurbished also e.g. new doors but lintels etc were of the old door. The bathrooms had been renovated but the decor was spoiled by old bath sides and the ceiling was badly marked. Other than that all was very good.
