Poor hotel management. Absolute minimum human interaction by hotel staff with guests Poor facilities/layout of hotel Inflated price, poor value for money Appalling lack of customer service or interest in guests e.g. on arrival there is no-one on reception and you are asked to trail through a series of depressing rooms and corridors to go to the bar!

Friendly staff-informative and helpful.locked sheds for luggage. Ground floor room-useful as we had a dog. Food available in evening.Dog friendly hotel-always good.

No view from room but not a big problem as we were walking anyway so had views all day. Staff did tell us there were views from terrace!

The room was great clean and spacious and the staff where nice and friendly. I would go back anytime.

We just loved everything about our visit , lovely hotel , very friendly staff , excellent food , superb location , tranquil, stunning views , our wee westie Robbie was made very welcome 2 ! A big thank u to all at Rowerdennan.

The fact that your website says 3.4 miles from Luss but fails to say that that is as the crow flies across Loch Lomond and there is only one boat each way each day to get across. It is a long drive all the way round from Luss to the Rowardennan.

Redone rooms, redone bathrooms, great pub, live music

Reasonable bar food

Tiny bathroom,bathroom door broken, broken electrical socket lumpy beds, 3rd bed was a z bed, small room for three people we were falling over each other. Wifi not working, reception not manned and finally not clean (Rm 3) this cupboard was £135 per night, poor show as accomodation is limited in this area if you are doing the west highland way, what must our foreign visitors think!

Nice spacious room with big en suite bathroom. Generous and tasty breakfast; evening meals were very nice and available in the bar. Room had everything you'd want- tv, tea etc and the location is beautiful. Very convenient for walking the West Highland Way.

The milk at breakfast tasted a bit off to me and the decor felt a little dated but perhaps that's part of the charm.

We found all staff very helpful and friendly and a spotlessly clean hotel. The area was beautiful although we hit it in the snow and this made it a little remote.
