A well presented hotel with very friendly staff, large well equipped rooms and an excellent restaurant.

The gym facilities just lacked a bench for use with the loose weights.

Every thing very very nice hotel

Décor very plush and room was good size. Breakfast was excellent

corridors are very dark and location of the stairwells were difficult to find should you not wish to use the lifts

I thought the room was nice and well done, bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was extremely nice.

I did not like the shower, pressure was terrible. Also, I had a lot of luggage and there are many steps you have to navigate to get to the street level. I can't imagine this place is very friendly for handicapped people.

We were at a wedding so our room was ideally placed. The room was spacious and attractive good en-suite facilities. Double outer door for extra noise reduction and privacy from other rooms.

Our room faced market Street it was a Saturday night and I think it was single glazing. The noise never stopped when the revellers went home the street cleaners and the traffic started. Ask for a back facing room unless you're a heavy sleeper and nothing wakes you.

Good location, close to Aberdeen centre.

Room service menu was poor, consists of only cold sandwiches outside restaurant opening hours.

Just a nice hotel in a great location.

Arrived at 12pm and had to wait 2 hours to get into a room

The lounge area and breakfast area was good - there was a good choice for breakfast

Our room was over priced for what we got - the wall paper was marked throughout the bedroom and there was old bird droppings on the window

Location, comfort, modern, immaculate, friendly helpful staff, great restaurant & bar.

Only thing i can fault is the gym, leisure area could do with improvement.

Room 404-very dark decor, needs redecorating in brighter colours. Had to put kettle on floor as no socket nearhand. awkward to sit at dressing table mirror as television covering half of it. Breakfast on Saturday morning-lukewarm.

The staff is very kind, rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. Also the position of the Hotel is strategic. Nice lounge room.

Good hotel, great location. Wi-Fi was great throughout the hotel. Staff are very friendly, and can't do enough to help.

Parking in the NCP car park - felt slightly unsafe at night, as parking then having to walk to the hotel on my own.

Clean, well equipped room and very pleasant and efficient staff. Good value for Aberdeen city centre hotel. My first stay at Rox but I would use again and happily recommend to colleagues.

The Central location

Wanted to get away with my wife for a relaxing two days, give her a treat since two of her sisters died last year, and it's been hard since. The noise in the hotel was a nightmare. 1St morning we were woken by the noise of bottles being cleared by the hotel, this was at four in the morning. 2Nd night there was a wedding in what seemed like the room next door, this finished at one o'clock in the morning with an ear bashing playing of New York New York We had to move room three times in the space of two days. It was a joke the noise that we had to endure. I firmly believe that I should not have been charged £250 for a two night stay if it was not going to be what I expected. On complaining to the manager I was told he can do nothing since I booked through a third party (yourselves), well I won't be doing that again. If this is the rule then I am disappointed with yourselves and the hotel. I wanted a relaxing break for my wife but didn't get it and nobody could care less. I should have been compensated in some way; the hotel could mention that there is a wedding on so that there is an option to cancel if you don't like Frank Sinatra songs blaring out at one in the morning. Other than that the hotel is great.
