Central convienient, Calm. Good health club and pool. Attractive room. Good beds. Not good place if you have a car. Very slow lifts and expensive breakfasts. Very slow lifts. Problems arriving by car (no where to stop and unload without parking warden hassle) and difficulty parking. Ludicrously over priced breakfasts. |

Really unfiendly, overprised for the room, seeing about it at the moment, swipe card never worked in the door.. We were doing walk the walk, it was so obvious, not one staff member even commented.. would never go back Big open conservetory, the spa is a joke |

The staff were helpful and courteous. It was convenient to the city centre and all other amenities. When I booked the hotel I specifically asked for a parking space in the garage, these spaces are restricted, this was not done and caused a problem when we arrived, which the staff managed to rectify. |

excellent location within walking distance to everything the capital has 2 offer. warm and friendly staff. very clean and friendly hotel. on arriving the booking was not registered on the computer. thankfully i printed off an online reciept from booking.com before i arrived. car parking was shocking. it is in need of a total makeover, very out of date and well overpriced. |

Stay was really nice. Food was excellent. Convenient for centre of city. There was a mix up over the meal on the second evening of the stay which took the edge off the stay. However the meal was excellent! |

The staff were amazing, very helpfull and couldnt do enough for us.Its a very relaxed and friendly hotel i would reccommend it to everyone.the room was great ,very comfy bed and great shower would love to go back. |

Good value - spacious room very clean. Staff very helpful. Didn't eat or drink there so can't comment. Good central location. Cost of parking - travelled by train to avoid. Cost of breakfast - ate elsewhere to avoid. |
