ロケーションは便利なところです。お部屋も広く快適でした。 フロントの対応がものすごく悪い。チェックアウトの朝の木で鼻をくくった態度には本当に不愉快になりました。今までにたくさんのホテルに泊まってますが一番感じわるかった。 |

とてもきれいで快適なホテルでした。インテリアもオシャレです。ただWaverley駅から遠く、もう少し安くてもいいかなという感じでした。でもオススメのホテルです。 |

ツインの部屋だったが、とても広くて感激した。内装も素敵だった。 ポットでお湯を沸かしたら錆くさい水が出来上がって飲めなかった。とても素敵な外観や部屋の内装であるホテル全体の雰囲気よりも顔とも言えるレセプションカウンターあたりの造りというか雰囲気が安っぽくて残念だと思った。 |

The porters/concierge service was excellent. I specifically asked for a quiet room, I got no sleep at all until 4am becasue my room was next to Rose Street, with pubs, stag & hen parties taking place etc. I would adivse anyone booked into rooms over Rose Street to ask to be moved. |

The location of the Hotel and it's Staff. The hygiene in the restaurant was very poor,especially the highchair that was provided for our Son.The food was tasteless.We had booked a celebration break,what a disappointment. |

The central location was great, in good walking distance of all tourist spots or buses. The room was modern and very clean. Well done to the housekeeping staff. The breakfast was £17.50, a rip off in this day and age! The reception staff could have been friendlier but I guess were average for a large impersonal hotel. |

Great location close to Princess Street and George street for Pubs and shops. Good service from the hotel staff and storage of bags before and after our nights stay. |

Central convienient, Calm. Good health club and pool. Attractive room. Good beds. Not good place if you have a car. Very slow lifts and expensive breakfasts. Very slow lifts. Problems arriving by car (no where to stop and unload without parking warden hassle) and difficulty parking. Ludicrously over priced breakfasts. |

Really unfiendly, overprised for the room, seeing about it at the moment, swipe card never worked in the door.. We were doing walk the walk, it was so obvious, not one staff member even commented.. would never go back Big open conservetory, the spa is a joke |

Excellent location, warm reception, helpful staff, good standard of decor, benefit with reduction for local parking. Only that breakfast was not included in price. |

The staff were helpful and courteous. It was convenient to the city centre and all other amenities. When I booked the hotel I specifically asked for a parking space in the garage, these spaces are restricted, this was not done and caused a problem when we arrived, which the staff managed to rectify. |
