It was great how close it was to everything.
very thin walls and no Tele.
Cheap and cheerful with a great location and clean utilities! I'd definitely return here for future visits to Liverpool
The early check out time of 10am, I would of preferred 11am as standard
no tv no staff only person I seen was the cleaner had to wait out side for 20mins before cleaner let me in still waiting to pay the bill
-Location is decent. Approx 20 min walk away from town. -Nearby shops and cafes.(Lidl, Tesco, All you can eat buffet etc) -Free wifi
-No hot water in the showers (staff said that is it an ongoing issue that they are trying to fix well surely you cannot accommodate any guests until you fix it) -Heating wasn't working(it was absolutely freezing in the morning) -Couldn't sleep because a) the long term guests decided to turn on a washing machine at around 10pm and the noise coming from it was so loud, just unbearable. b) People constantly going in and out of their rooms, banging the doors, talking loudly.
The heating went off at night, woke up a few times because it was really quite cold. Some stains on bed sheets, one looked like blood. Read a few reviews and thought folk were just being picky, in retrospect their comments were fair.
very very noisy at the back of the building smoke extractors of a restaurant on from 11 am to 11 pm 1!!!
Second time staying here, ideal place just to rest your head for the night after a great night out! Abit of a walk from the clubs and pubs but a taxi only costs around £4
Nice staff, reasonable comfort for the price, free wifi, quite clean, free tea & coffee
Rooms fronting the main road can be noisy in the morning if you leave the window open
- facilities were poor - accomodate youths who were noisy and drunk - fire alarm went off at 4am - overall feel of the place (old, dingy)
- good location (close to everything) - price - very nice lady - enough for a weekend visit
- it is definitelly not a 3* hotel but rather hostel or 0,1* :D (for wi-fi) - had to search for the hidden entry into the hotel (be sure to chceck for a small door next to an asian restaurant) - do not expect much advices: - bring with you an euro adapter in case you need something like a hair dryer (bring that one too..) (the adapter they have at hotel is only below 1amp so only usable for notebook or phone chargers .. definitelly not for 2kW devices - be sure to call before arrival because you might not get in in the late hours
pleasant staff, clean bed, good price.
hard to find actual hotel. spent 30 minutes looking for it.
Staff Price No Refund
The location was ok and was a very short taxi from the centre. The £120 price tag was high for a very basic room with shared toilet facitities. Staff were friendly and helpfull
Room needed better windows as it was very hard to sleep due to the noise
The staff were accommodating
The room was very basic, cold during the night as heating was turned off. Beds squeeked, no hot water for evening shower or morning wash. No comforts. Advice is.....Pay a little more for a lot more.
Liked the location, the area and how the managers went the extra mile for us letting us have early check in, and helping my boyfriend when his phone unfortunately got stolen in Liverpool City centre. Rooms a good size, cosy and would definatley come back again.
the staff is so nice and helpful. shared shower and toilet is clean.
the quilt is a little bit short. I am 180cm.
Safety , comfortable and great price.
No television in the room no heating on not very clean window would not shut no parking toilet mucky never again I work allover the country and that is the worst especially this day n age no television
Facilities clean and everything requested was provided. More care and vigilance are required during the night. Especially when paying 112 euro per night.
Guests playing music at 5 am in the morning with no member of staff willing to address the problem. Will not be returning
Some fans came home at 5.00 a.m. and they were more than drunk. Since we lived next door (and had to wait till 10.00 a.m) it wasn't really comfortable for the rest of the night.
1. It's hard to find a door of the hotel, bad area around. It's near hospital, sounds of ambulances every minute. 2. Guy on reception wasn't too nice. And he leaft the reception and closed the door after one minute I went to check my room. 3. Terrible room! Like in a prison, really. 4. No wi-fi. Only on the first floor, and he gave me a room on the 3d floor. 5. So when I wanted to change my room he wasn't there, he just closed the door to reception. I ate a candy from my room (it was old and callous!) and leave this place. I cannot recommend it to anyone.
Room with the bed.
On section of floor I was on...One of showers were broken.
close to town centre
We liked the excellent location close to lime street station and a short taxi drive to pier head port for our cruise also gota really good nights sleep and for the price is excellent value basic but spotless and comfy room also had bottled water and tissues which I liked all in all I would definitely come back whether it be a weekend away or a over night stay which we done night prior to holiday and note we got back also really helpful and friendly staff really helped as we had loads of cases and she taken them in early
Nothing I didn't
Low price, easy to get to, very central location, free wifi that worked
