Being greedy, the breakfast
room. bushmills suite. view was wonderful. space in the room great. cant fault it. Staff 5 star. good parking. nothing was a problem.great Irish hospitality.
cant think of anything.
Nicely located, pleasant friendly staff, nice room with good facilities. No view from our room but I was told this before booking. Very good food.
Bin in the bathroom hadn't been emptied after previous occupants.
Good food Friendly staff Given table with a view for dinner
Over bath shower - shower head was attached to taps and could not be used as an overhead shower. Plus bath very deep to get in or out of (I am under 5 ft.)
Restaurant: inacceptable lever! !!! Fat, bad: please sent Gordon Ramsey!
Lovely views, access to beach and 5 mins to port rush
No aircon or fans and window couldn't be left open due to being on flat roof with stairs up to roof
Excellent hotel with superb views and pleasent and helpful staff
Location. Room - nice size room and décor with large bathroom. Reception staff very helpful.
Quality of the evening meal. I think if they had a smaller menu and concentrated more on quality and presentation. Carvery a bit like school dinners. Can be noisey when there is a wedding on if your room overlooks the car park when guests are leaving in the early hours of the morning.
Staff where lovely. Food was great.
Shower was pathetic. No atmosphere at night. Bar with no one there. No music or anything. Room was noisy as we were at the front.
Not comfortable and poorly furnished rooms
The staff were all very friendly and helpful; premises very clean and comfortable; food was excellent; and what can we say about the stunning views.
Unfortuinatly I was unable to connect to the internet and my Vodafone mobile connection wasn't good.
This location is amazing. The staff was phenomenal and the food delicious. I will be back. The distance to the beach and many amazing sites are second to none. Highly recommend.
The view from our room was excellent .
Very comfortable stay. Food excellent. Car parking suffice. Staff were very professional, polite and very helpful.
I am aware there was a chair lift. Although the staff were always very willing to get Ian for us, who was excellent, it could'nt be used Independently by my elderly parents. Having said this, I will certainly return at some stage, hopefully, as they were well received and treated respectfully. Thank you for a lovely few days.
location and view
food a bit over done but still quite nice
beautiful scenery, easy to find, relaxed, homely, .and quiet will be back
Reception and restaurant staff were kind and attentive. Our meals - both dinner and breakfast - were excellent! The view from our room makes the location of the Royal Court Hotel perfect.
Toilet roll holder in room an inconvenient distance from toilet. Cheap quality toilet paper. No bar of soap provided. Couple of dirty marks noted on bed linen. The room facilities did let the hotel down overall. The inconvenience of always needing staff attendance when using the stair lift. Unhappy that vegetables etc were extra on the dinner menu!
the views were wonderful, the staff could not have been more welcoming
Friendly atmosphere Excellent location to enjoy the area
No adverse comments
Catered well for special diets
We stayed in a cottage and it had two bedrooms with 1 1/2 baths and a living room and kitchen. It was quiet and away from the hotel on a side street. The parking was free and easy to locate and the food was delicious.
As a consequence of being isolated they forgot to come to clean and give us new tea bags and cookies. I told them when a young man came that he could come to give us more tea bags and cookies but he never came back. We were only staying two nights so that was all right.
