Extremely small room, had to walk round bed sideways to avoid touching the walls!
Friendly, helpful staff.
wi fi was really bad no point paying no air con one lift wasn't working for the 4 days we were there looks better in ads than it is small room small tv
6 min walk to paddington tube station suitcase included staff did try to help when we were dissatisfied with no wifi on 5th floor moved us to 3rd
Internet was paid and it didn't work fine
I liked the location
The room was hot at night and we only had a big duvet. We opened the window to get fresh air but it was noisy as we were at street level.
The location was good and the room and bathroom was big enough for our family of five.
Lot of traffic on the street! Didn´t get the room according to my request! Had to change room because of a bad bed! Expensive breakfast! Had to pay for WiFi!
free Wi-fi doesn't work
Bed was to short so if you are longer then 180 cm your feet will be outside.
Close to metro. We only stayed one night.
- room is a bit small for a triple
- location - staff - comfort and clean - value for money
Room ok, but small. Shower/bathroom is tiny - a person of a 'larger' size would have problems using the shower - I found it a bit cramped to use. Rooms could do with maintenance and decoration.
Location to Paddington Station but get upper floor rooms. Tube line runs under the building on the other side of the road - I could feel the trains on floor 1. But did not effect sleep.
Breakfast was minimal with a lack of cutlery, crockery and what food was on offer. Staff appeared not to be able to cope with the number of guests arriving for breakfast. Choice of continental breakfast was poor. No staff for the bar in the evenings.
We had a twin room located in the basement that was cold. Additionally last night there was not warm water. The cleaning was not good enough.
The location is really good, close to the metro station Lancaster Gate and Padington train station
Shower height was an issue
Room was really good was very pleased
Our room was very small for two people. Wifi was not free, an unnecessary price to pay for internet at hotels these days. Breakfast was expensive and from the look of it was nothing special.
Location very close to Hyde park, train and tube stations. Staff helpful and friendly. Clean room.
No breakfast included had to pay seperately
Location was great
Wifi is payable (10 pounds per day) except for 30 minutes which is free. I travel frequently in many countries and this is the first time in recent period that I have found a hotel charging for the use of Wifi
No free wifi
You can open wimdows. The atsmosfere location
Continental breakfast expensive for £ 9,00 . But I would guess this is to make up for the cheap price of the rooms
Good proffesional staff Hotel very clean.
Friendly efficient staff, good location handy for Paddington station ands tube.
location brill would go back again
Telephone in bedroom did not work, despite calling technician, and this was very awkward for us.
It was a very convenient site for our purposes, with good travel links
I didn't like the fact that they did not have a doorman to help you with your luggage so I struggled up the stairs by myself. When I asked them about it they were rude.I didn't like that your only entitled to 30 min of WiFi then an hour is £5 and 24hrs is £10.Also the breakfast is limited the only difference from the continental and master is that they give you boiled egg ham and cheese so there is no cooked breakfast.
I liked how it was room and facilities were clean.
There were narrow corridors and a few steps to get to my room.
The breakfast was included, something I appreciated since not a lot of places in London provided that. The room was smaller than I imagined but since it's London, it's quite normal to have small rooms. The location was one of the best I could find. Paddington station was literally 5 minutes walk down the street and the station is nearby the touristy spots.
There is just half an hour internet you get during your stay and it is very slow.
breakfast was disapointing room too small and a lot of noise between each rooms and eoutside
The bathroom / shower was not big enough for a grown man to use comfortably
