The shower and bath The fact there is no freeview, as I come from an area which has been digitally switched over |

The location and cleaniness was very good The Wi-Fi did not work and the first room I was give was in the basement with an appalling shower which quite frankly made it unsuitable to paying guests |

The hotel is ok, nothing luxurious but good location and not expensive. Availability of newspapers in the morning would enhance it. |

Close to city attractions and railway/tube stations. Attractive price. Easy booking. We could not open the windows and asked hotel to fix it. The hotel was not able to fix this problem during our stay. |

Location. Direct connection to Heathrow from the nearby Paddington station. Noise: unbelievably loud noise coming from the street. Otherwise the hotel was quiet. |

The Hotel provided good clean basic accommodation. The staff are friendly and courteous. I was very pleased to see the clean bright lifts to all floors. I found the arrangements with the provision of contenental breakfast confusing, particularly with the food which arrived at my table after ordering the premier breakfast. |

Your lounge was comfortable and welcoming except for the price of your drinks at the bar. Our room was far too small. No room to put two bags, we had to step over them all the time. The jug cord did not stretch to the plug without having whole tray sat on a precarious angle. |

Centrally located In spite of early reservation for 10 nnights, when we arrived there was not a free room for us. The reception wanted to give us a basement room for one night and another for the rest. We are both over 70 years old and did not accept this transfer. As a compromise we got a room for 10 days on the ground floor but not of a 4 star quality. (The sink did not work well and the room was very small.) |

The hot water came out of the taps quickly. I left my luggage for free. The bath was a little small. |

Very helpful friendly staff - especially on arrival. Clean, spacious and bright lobby. Automatic doors good - not needed this time, but have often struggled in other places! Clean wood floor, very comfy beds. Couldn't get a double room, but it was a last minute booking! |

friendly and helpful staff, good knowledge of local area. Easy access to Paddington and lancaster gate underground. some of the double rooms are very small but staff switched us to a twin room which was much bigger. Continental breakfast was expensive |

The convenient location to paddington station and local shops and restaurants make this an ideal overnight stop over for early am london meetings. Since changing ownership the friendliness of reception has evaporated , the excellent value and quality of breakfast included in overnight charges has disappeared. Breakfast is now of apalling quality and price.I wont stay again and will have to find another suitable hotel in the vicinity. |

we found the staff to be polite and helpful and the rooms are well appointed. Good reception One of our party had her bag stolen from the restaurant whilst eating breakfast. We felt security could be better especially with administration of extra key cards and strong box keys, their appeared to be insufficient control. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful, a problem with the shower was attended to the next morning and there are facilities for leaving luggage after check-out. Lifts make for easy access to the rooms, many B&Bs in the Paddington area do not have lifts. Breakfast wasn't included. The room was comfortable for a single person, but it would have been difficult for 2 people to move around. |
