The hotel was close to a station

The room was small so you could not comfortable unpack your luggage. We were two persons and it was hard for us to move around in the room.

Location.

Even though I payed for Wi - Fi I could not receive the singal in my room. The Iron was useless.

Clean room and bathroom

The location was great!

The rooms were really small but the worst thing was the toilet which had an awful smell!! Also the services were quite poor!

The hotel was very near the train and metro stations. The outside of the hotel looked very well.

When we checked in, we were given directions to our room, I thought i must have taken a trades entrance. or that reception had definetly given me the wrong directions. I checked and , no they had given me the right directions. The corridore was full of showers doors lockers ,paint cans,, ladders toolboxes. We had to make our way in and out of these obstacles to get to our room. I just couldnt believe it. From a health and safety point of view, it was dangerous, The hotel was breaching their fire regulations.That part of the hotel should have been closed down while they were renovating. The hotel had no concern for its guests.

The room we stayed was "old and tired". It needs repair.

Good location some nice restaurants and pubs nearby. A 2 minute walk to Paddington station with all tube options. Near to Hyde Park (ideal for our Radio 2 festival in the park.) Royal palaces a short distance away.

Our room was a little on the small side as too the bathroom,yet clean and comfortable.However other rooms would be more spacious.

Convenient to arrival and departure station (Paddington). Value for money for a one night stay to visit London. Easy access to central London

We liked that the hotel was clean and staff were ok.

It was the tiniest double room we ever stayed in and as such it was very bad value for money at €155 per night. Definitely not to be recommended !

Its proximity to Paddington Station.

The room was very small. No air conditioning.

I had a problem with the internet signal in my room and the reception staff was very kind to change the room (which was much better than the first one I got).

I booked a room for 3 people and the first room they gave us was in the lower ground floor in the middle of the warehouse, next to the service lift. This means that besides being a maze to reach the room, at the early morning a disturbing noise had begun due to the service lift. In addition, the bathroom was not very clean, with black spots on the tiles. Fortunately, because the Internet signal is not good in this room, they changed us to the 3 floor. This room was much better

Location is the only good thing about this hotel.

I knew exactly what to expect from this hotel. The same problems with the heating, with the incredible small size of the room and bathroom. Price has increased, quality has not been improved. Do not go there if you need a holiday! There are good chances to ruin it if you stay in this hotel!
