Clean room and bathroom

Receptionist Rafid was very nice providing me a nice room with a working desk - I was on a business trip and desperately needed a place to work with. I also got a room viewing to the roofs, so no any noise from traffic, which is rare in London!

The elevator got stuck once for a couple of minutes, after that I used only stairs. Ineternet is quite expensive £10/24 hrs, but you got free 30 min. Corridors are very narrow.

The location is very convenient to reach Heathrow Intl Airport with Heathrow Express from Paddington Station and using Underground and Bus services to go around the city. Staff is very helpful. The rooms are clean. I will stay another time.

Wifi connection can be free of charge like in many hotels.

Very clean and tidy. Great location. Very good value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

Wifi was not free. 10 pounds for 24hrs for Internet access is a bit expensive in 2012.

It's location and the staff were very freindly and wellcoming.

We had a triple room which was basically a double room with 3 beds in it and it lacked space.

The location is superb. Next to Paddington Station easy to reach Heathrow Intl. Airport and tube connection to reach the city. There are many eating places for every budget nearby the hotel. Also the street is quite safe where the hotel is located (Craven Road).

Internet connection can be free of charge like in many hotels.

Room far too small, only suitable for one night as really only a bed. Insufficient room for comfort, couldn't use my laptop, only able to sleep in it. Small 14" tv filled up all of 'table'area. Room 509

I had a problem with the internet signal in my room and the reception staff was very kind to change the room (which was much better than the first one I got).

I booked a room for 3 people and the first room they gave us was in the lower ground floor in the middle of the warehouse, next to the service lift. This means that besides being a maze to reach the room, at the early morning a disturbing noise had begun due to the service lift. In addition, the bathroom was not very clean, with black spots on the tiles. Fortunately, because the Internet signal is not good in this room, they changed us to the 3 floor. This room was much better

The hotel location was fantastic and the staff really friendly and helpful.

Very small rooms, very poor breakfast for it's £10 price

The location was excellent for Paddington train station, probable less than 5 minute walk away. As we got quite a cheap deal the hotel did seem good value.

The room was quite small and not very well laid out. Although clean it did need re-decorating. The bathroom was also crampt. Breakfast was quite confusing, as we hadn't paid for breakfast before hand we had to eat just off from the reception which was ok but nothing special. There was cooked breakfast available downstairs but the staff wouldn't let us partake without a 'ticket'.
