Great value for money hotel. Room to a good standard and power showers. I come down to London once a month on business and this hotel will be my first choice in future |

The hotel is very central only about 200m from Paddington station We booked 2 twin rooms, 1 was fine but 1 was very small, they were both on floor 5 and only 1 of the lifts goes to floor 5. |

The subtle change in policy of not including breakfast in the room ratealong with the considerable increase in price (probably due to summer seasonal demand) was a surprise and i will look for alternative accomodation next time I need to stay near paddington |

Basically this was my second time in the hotel but I didn't like it at all this time. I arriaved there and my name was not on the guest list and the employee asked me to print the confirmation from my email. There was only one pc for guests to use which was occupid by someone else and she asked me to go and ask that person to get off! CRAP! It was hot, no fans or AC in the hotel. No coffee facilties in the room or in the lounge. Room was too small. |

Pleasant staff, clean, location was excellent, only 5 min from paddington station, great value for money, continental breakfast was good. overall good hotel for the price As per previous reviews the room was small, however we only used the room as a bed for the 2 nights we were there so wasnt an issue for us, if you are going to be out and about i would recommend this hotel, however if you are spending alot of time in the hotel room i could see the size of the room being a problem |

The location was good just a short walk to the underground central line. and close to hyde park. Good clean budget hotel would stay there again. Room was split into two with a small spiral staircase up to the next level.also tiny window with no light getting to the lower part of the room. |

It was close to the underground The rooms were very small. The corridors are very narrow and noisy. Especially in the mornings, when everyone goes for breakfrast and steps on the wooden floor. Besides the rooms did not have any view, but were exactly next to the chimney, hence our window in the room could not be opened at all. |

Served our purpose and after reading previous reviews was quite suprised as we felt people were "just having a go". Reception staff lovely. Only complaint was no tea making facilities in the bedrooms and breakfast room was more than full so due to other committments unable to wait - no drink- no breakfast |

The staff was kind, the breakfast was ok, the rooms were clean and the location was central. The rooms were too small and there was too much noise from the other rooms, the corridor and the tube that lays beneath the hotel. Furthermore, the shower did not have a tap and I had to either burn myself or freeze before adjusting the water in the desireable temperature. |

The room had an additional bed to provide space for cases and to unload luggage. The room was situated along a warren of corridors that would make exiting in an emergency confusing. |

I liked the size of the room and the location of the room. The room was freezing cold, the breakfast variety was very limited and our table was not cleaned in the restaurant before we were seated. |

Nice breakfast, nice big doubleroom on "Lower Ground" own bathroom with tube. Hotel only few minuttes from Paddington Underground. Good location. Nice and friendly Staff! Nothing, apart from a litlle rumble from Underground, but not annoying - ok! This reminds you that you are in London :-) |

Very clean room and bathroom (had a single ensuite). Friendly & helpfull staff. Only 5-minute-walk to Paddington or Lancaster Station (bus/tube) and Hyde Park. Nice neighbourhood. 10-minute-walk to Queensway. Nothing much. Affordable London hotels are typical of their xs-room size. |

The room was small but it was sufficient for the price. Hot water and clean, warm room. I would really recommend it! And I was really suprised with the amount of the breakfast sortiment! One could eat there many hours:) |
