Moj lot do Londynu został odwolany z powodu mgły, poinformowałem o tym hotel, że pojawie się dopiero nastepnego dnia rana. Mimo, ze zostałem obciązony kwotą 110 GBP za pierwszą noc to w dzień mojego przylotu mogłem wejsc do pokoju dopiero od 2pm :( Mój pokój został wynajęty komus innemu a hotel zainkasował dwukrotna sume za ten sam pokój.

grzyb na suficie w lazience,pokoj bardzo maly,ale przewaznie sa takie pokoje w hotelach 3 gwiazdkowych

2 minutes walk from Paddington, very convenient for Heathrow travelers, fair price, very friendly staff

It was very cold in my room!

Located very close to Paddington station (fast access with Heathrow express train) and central line tube station. No carpeted flooring!! :-) Also quite clean bathroom.

The window was from Victorian era, perhaps. No isolation of any kind (draft & noices - the usual UK stuff ). But the idea was to spend money on shopping, not on expensive hotelroom. So this was pretty Ok. Quick access to Westfield London by central line tube.

Great Location , close to Paddington tube station. Comes handy while on sightseeing tour in London.

Convenient location to Paddington Station to catch Heathrow Express.

The bathroom smelled of sewerage - which disturbed my sleep at night (even with door closed) I understand it is due to the pipes being replaced outside. I was also meeting someone in the lobby, but staff insisted I hadn't booked in, even though I had... front desk not efficient.

rooms were recently refurbished. Reception a bit slow but OK, location good with Paddington and Lancaster Gate tube nearby.

Reception a little frosty to start but then were fine

Close to Paddignton station -I visited Wales- cardiff, Bristol, Manchester, Corby etc by train very often-Hence choose this hotel. Good location.

Rooms are very small for three people -I took triple bed room.

The bed was comfortable

The bathroom needed updating- chipped bath patchy repairs etc

The Hotel provided good clean basic accommodation. The staff are friendly and courteous. I was very pleased to see the clean bright lifts to all floors.

I found the arrangements with the provision of contenental breakfast confusing, particularly with the food which arrived at my table after ordering the premier breakfast.
