Comfortable room with sea view. Healthy breakfast
Location and staff could not be improved.
Breakfast a little basic.
Great reception upon arrival, the view from the room was magnificient, super location, we had a nicely organised room. Comfortable beds!!! Good wi-fi connection included in the price. Fantastic opportunity for a break! Good value for money. Thank you
We loved practically everything! As you asked what could have made our stay even more enjoyable here it is: Would have been nice to have a small fridge, some bottled water in the room and may be for breakfast some cold meet as well, but these are just very minor "remarks".
Cleanliness. Great breakfast for the vegetarian/vegan ethos. Good eco credentials. Home made bread, yoghurt, freshly squeezed orange and fresh fruit and plenty of cereals. All delicious. Pets very welcome.
Our room was a little small for us with good views of the sea, but on a busy road, which quietened late at night.
A lovely little hotel right on the sea front and within walking distance to most shops and attractions. The hotel owners are wonderful and made my stay there very comfortable. I would definitely go back there and I highly recommend it.
wonderful service and made us feel relaxed with no worries to think about while away
just all...after we wondered about this small house standing outside... we only wondered about it inside. Very nice.
The lock of the front door did not work propper in the night.
From the moment we arrived they couldn't do enough for us. I took my mum away for a few days & she thoroughly enjoyed her stay thank you.
Well I can't say anything was wrong !!!!!
Renovated accommodation with modern facilities. Small, simple and silent.
Bathroom to small
staff, beds, location and the fact it was dog friendly with unlimited dogs allowed to stay. very helpful.
breakfast would be better if offered full English option
Location Friendly staff view from the room Very very comfortable beds
Could have done with more tea and milk in the room. Difficulty getting back into the hotel after hours as the door was not easy to open.
Everything, the hotel was great and the hosts were very welcoming and accommodating to us. Breakfast really good too we not vegetarian but were really surprised how nice and fresh it was we went back 3 days out of the 6. Excellent Hotel and Boris the dog very friendly too
Nothing was lovely
Wonderfull cosy and silent rooms, wonderfull people, healty food and sometimes a little cuddle from a lovely dog. Perfect.
Close to the beach Free Wi-fi (within reason) Welcoming Clean Quiet Close to shops and restaurants
Noisy coaches in the car park at the rear early morning Parking can be difficult
My husband and I were travelling across south coast and we were staying each night in different town. This was one of the best hotels, very clean, perfect location and nice staff.
Excellent from start to finish. This was my first time staying here, but several guests informed me that they come back every year. The hotel is spotless and to have constant hot water in the shower was great. Liked the idea of encouraging people to be Eco friendly, but it wasn't thrust upon anyone. I would certainly go back.
Parking can be a bit pot luck - but I managed to park right outside on a busy Sunday afternoon.
Everything was really good and we were given a nice welcome. The room and facilities were excellent and we certainly intend to stay there again .
Being on my own I waa nervous but they were great
Very friendly and helpful host and lovely room. Spotlessly clean and comfortable with tasteful furniture and nice touches. Breakfast was lovely with added delights of home made bread, fresh strawberries and excellent coffee. Very highly recommended.
The place was clean and well located
It was the worst hotel stay in my life (and I do travel a lot). The place is ORTHODOX VEGETARIAN - they don't tolerate any meat or even eggs on their premises. The website did not mention it. I had to bring in a Tesco sandwich with ham and a cottage cheese for my wife who is recovering from iron deficiency and the owner wanted to expel us for the 'contamination' of the place, he threatened me with the police even. The windows are not well insulated - there is a constant traffic noise from the busy road right in front of the hotel, even after midnight with the windows closed (there is no airco). The 'Free WiFi' is free only for checking emails or sending short messages. For any other use, ie. downloading photos there is a daily charge of £10. Not mentioned on the website again... I would expext 4* hotel to offer hypoallergic bedding on request - the hotel was not able to do so. In my personal opinion it is maximum 2*. I do not recommend the place unless you are an orthodox vegetarian yourself and it might be fair to the other guests to share that information on the hotel website.
Location of hotel.owner very helpfull.Decor and cleanlines first class.Would recommend to any one.
This really is a dog friendly hotel and we were put completely at ease. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
Room was tiny. There was no indication that the (single option) breakfast was European (and a poor one at that). They didn't tell us about the rate reduction, so we paid the full amount.
